Customer service is great - very proactive with dealing with some of my delivery concerns. Labels stay on well in the wash and dryer.

The express delivery didn't work and I received the order more than a week later, so it was too late. It would be good to use a service other than Chronopost, which obviously doesn't do its part. I was nevertheless satisfied with C Mon Étiquette's customer service, which was available and responsive in trying to solve my problem.
Satisfied with my order. The gourd is just sublime. The labels are of good quality, although I'm waiting to see what happens with time and washing (I've only just put them on, so I haven't had enough time to look back). If the labels hold up well, I'll gladly recommend them next year with my eyes closed.

I'm a long time customers, and in the past the experience with order and delivery has been always fast and smooth. This time my order has been lost somewhere from the delivery company.. I wrote an e-mail during the weekend, the customer service answered promptly, produced again my order and sent back for no estra costs in no time. Amazing job!

Wide choice of colors and patterns. For several years now, the labels are still on the toast boxes and gourds in almost perfect condition! Very pleased with the gourd! And fast shipping. What more could you ask for!
