Nothing to say about the quality of the products which I also recommended to acquaintances (labels items and kindergarten clothes). I would improve the timing of delivery, it went over 10 days, and most importantly I had no way to track the products.
Though my main order didn't arrive for some reasons, I am giving 5 stars because of their quick response regarding my lost parcel. They replaced my lost order without any cost. The way they communicate and showing the customer service are beyond excellent.

I use them for both children for quite some years now and are brilliant and don't wash out and lift so really good product. But the waiting for them to come was like nearly 3 weeks. Really slow.

I have bought more times the labels for school. This time I don't know what happened that the labels didn't arrive. I spoke to the team and the same day of the incident they put new labels in place. I have to say that they gave me several options to choose from. The labels arrived and I sent them a photo. They told me that they were the first ones and that the second ones were on their way. I told them if I would return them or pay for them and they said no. I am very grateful to them because they are very helpful. I am very grateful to them because the problem was with the Post Office and they still decided to give me the new shipment.
