I'm a bit disappointed because the self-adhesive labels don't always stick well and I had to use several for one garment.

The gourd is leaking and you haven't responded to my request for a return and refund.

Fast, simple and efficient. As much for the personalization as for the reception of the product. I just need to add a few little characters that I find limited, otherwise it's very good.

The site asks for a delivery address that you fill in, and finally sends the parcel to another location far, far away from the one you want, and a day later than promised. Tip: don't pay extra for delivery.
