Unfortunately, no agreement has yet been reached. Money for ordered goods was deducted from my account on 3.6.22. Would not have been received until today. I wrote an email saying that the goods had not yet arrived, this was at the beginning of the week. Only the should be delivered in mailbox. Should ask neighbors. But definitely nothing arrived. I am very disappointed with the handling. As I had confirmed that nothing had been delivered anywhere. Then there was no reply

I find the labels impractical, they don't stick well, so yes of course it says to stick on the garment label, but with the size of the labels it's difficult to do so. In short, I'm disappointed and wouldn't recommend them.

I have purchased at two times thermoadhesive labels from you, the quality compared to previous years has greatly deteriorated, i.e. labels put on as per your description after not even one wash in the washing machine the same came off. I think I will no longer buy from you I will turn to other firms that use materials of definitely higher quality than yours.

Object label, doesn't stick to the objects, which is the last straw. I read that the object had to be clean for a perfect adésions, it was the case. Disappointed, it's not even back to school yet and it doesn't fit. I'll never buy again.

Well, the order arrived safely and the first heat seal label I put on a t-shirt started to peel off the edges and finally peeled off in one piece. I hope it's just this one label because I have a few left. I put it on the clean t-shirt, my daughter used that t-shirt two days after marking it and when she took it off the edges started to peel off and it came out of the washing machine completely peeled off.

Pathetic! I placed a large order for my 2 children's summer camps (iron-on labels and labels for objects), followed the instructions carefully and yesterday an iron-on label was found in the washing machine and labels stuck on my son's flip-flops, which came off in less than 5 minutes! I was stupidly fooled by a pyb on Facebook... a few years ago I ordered from Ludi Label...it was IMPECCABLE! even the iron-on labels (for objects) held super well on clothes! I should have ordered from Ludi Label! No need to throw away a fortune!

I bought for the second time a set of 3 caps, because at the previous ones the colored lid was coming off and of these last 3 none of them close . Customer service was the worst I have experienced. I placed my order from an advert they put up on Instagram, assuming it would take me to the advertised product. This was not what it did and I ended up purchasing the wrong item due to false advertisement. I explained my situation to them in an email and asked if I re buy was there any chance I could have a free shipping code due to the misleading advertisement and they simply couldn't care less as they had their money already. If it wasn't for the false advertisement links I wouldn't have been in that position. Rude, rude rude.
