Flask that doesn't close after 3 days, very disappointed at the price.

Well, the order arrived safely and the first heat seal label I put on a t-shirt started to peel off the edges and finally peeled off in one piece. I hope it's just this one label because I have a few left. I put it on the clean t-shirt, my daughter used that t-shirt two days after marking it and when she took it off the edges started to peel off and it came out of the washing machine completely peeled off.

Hello, I still haven't received my labels, it's been a month.

Pathetic! I placed a large order for my 2 children's summer camps (iron-on labels and labels for objects), followed the instructions carefully and yesterday an iron-on label was found in the washing machine and labels stuck on my son's flip-flops, which came off in less than 5 minutes! I was stupidly fooled by a pyb on Facebook... a few years ago I ordered from Ludi Label...it was IMPECCABLE! even the iron-on labels (for objects) held super well on clothes! I should have ordered from Ludi Label! No need to throw away a fortune!

Package not received

They lost the labels in transport or something, and their solution was to return the money, after I had to claim it myself, but after waiting more than 20 days, I had to find my own way.

I PLACED AN ORDER A FORTNIGHT OR MORE AGO AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT, NOR HAVE I RECEIVED A CREDIT NOTE OR BEEN CONTACTED BY THEM OR ANYTHING ELSE.

I bought for the second time a set of 3 caps, because at the previous ones the colored lid was coming off and of these last 3 none of them close . My daughter goes to school with the lid leaning against the closure . On the quality of the water bottle nothing to say but the caps unfortunately ruin everything

Never received the labels

Customer service was the worst I have experienced. I placed my order from an advert they put up on Instagram, assuming it would take me to the advertised product. This was not what it did and I ended up purchasing the wrong item due to false advertisement. I explained my situation to them in an email and asked if I re buy was there any chance I could have a free shipping code due to the misleading advertisement and they simply couldn't care less as they had their money already. If it wasn't for the false advertisement links I wouldn't have been in that position. Rude, rude rude.

I don't normally leave bad reviews but this company should be avoided at any cost! Their products are very expensive and bad quality. I bought two bottles which cost nearly £40 and the flask stopped working after a few uses. Also bought the iron labels and what horrible quality. They are all peeling off after first wash.

Unfortunately, I still haven't received the missing stickers (paid for long ago). After I complained about it, I received a very friendly email saying that the stickers would be sent immediately. Unfortunately it has not happened.

Very disappointed. Purchase for clothes that I will not renew. Labels all unstuck on 1st day !!!!!

Hello I'm disappointed with the product. The labels come off at the first wash, obviously my children's clothes I do not wash at 60 °, but at 30 ° short cycle and for the most part no dryer. I don't recommend your site at all.

I'm disappointed really, bought these on recommendation but even following the instructions the stickers came off with first wash so quite pointless really.

Very disappointed. After a month, the gourd is already in the garbage can. There are splinters everywhere, the enamel is peeling off, and the stopper no longer works, so it's leaking. What's more, the opening system is not suitable for children, it's difficult to open. I don't recommend it, I'll have to buy another one.

Very disappointed with the quality. I gave a personalized water bottle to my 4 year old son, who dropped it the first time he used it and the cap broke. The price isn't worth the quality, but it's beautiful but useless !!!!

Second order on this site and unfortunately I did not receive my order! Too bad, I was very happy with my first order.

The iron-on labels didn't even last 1 week of vacation for my 9 year old son.

Thermo-adhesive labels peel off better from the notebook in this format, but they often don't fit into clothes at all! They peel off one after the other. This is the last time I'll be placing an order.

I'm very disappointed with the iron-on labels, which don't stick very well and as soon as I wash them (8 days after I've stuck them on), they all come off. I had placed my first order a few years ago and the quality has nothing to do with it. I won't be ordering again.

Unfortunately, the drinking bottle always leaks when it contains mineral water. My little one, aged 5, can't close the lunch box herself. That's a shame. I also think there are too many individual compartments. One compartment would be enough. Because you can't leave one out, otherwise the bread flies around in the tin. And so you always have to wash everything. The stickers for the clothes are great and hold well.

All the glued labels came off almost immediately?
