The labels have not arrived!!! After 2 weeks they are still not here!!! Update on 04.11 the labels I ordered on 12.09 are NOT HERE! I am very disappointed

I have been using these labels for several years and have been very happy with them. However, the hot melt labels are not what they used to be and they peel right off.

I had requested labels with first and last name and by design In the order they were like that instead they arrived only with the name. Otherwise the material looks good to me.

I received iron-on labels and shoe labels. Most of the iron-on labels didn't stick. After the first wash, there was nothing left. But I followed the instructions to the letter. On the other hand, the shoe labels are very good. I liked the labels, they were pretty and well presented in the little booklet.

The product is impeccable and quality as always I give it 3 stars because it takes too long to get home more than 10 days of waiting please improve that please I know it is in france but it is not like for more than 10 days.

The stopper on the gourd is still broken, although it's designed for little ones and should be solid ... 3 bottles ordered and 2 stoppers broken. 1 on delivery and the other at the kindergarten ...

Nice and well made labels. Only problem, they often come off and you are forced to have to put clear tape over them for extra adhesion. Package received in 7 days

Although the products are good unfortunately the delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. They ship by mail without tracking resulting in delay and no certainty that the package will arrive. It would have been better to include the paid courier service I would have preferred.

With my first order everything was great but with this order the stickers are extremely badly pre-punched so that you can hardly get them off and they are very crookedly punched which I don't like.

Hello, I've been ordering your labels for over 4 years... this year I was disappointed for the 1st time because your slogan said "delivered in 48 hours" and I only received them 4 days later...

Out of 3 orders taken at the same time, I received this one more than 15 days late.

As much as I love the quality of the labels, I was very disappointed with the customizable bag. I ordered one last year with the flocking printed directly onto the fabric, which made it easier to wash and more qualitative because the ink didn't bleed through. However, I recommended the same bag this year and the flocking is a plastic horror that crumbles on the 1st wash. I'm very disappointed - it's my daughter's dirty laundry bag for the nursery, so it has to be washed regularly - I ordered it specially with personalization so that her first and last names could be displayed directly on the bag and on the 1st wash the plastic flocking comes off. Pochon therefore unusable for its intended purpose. I strongly advise against it and expect a gesture from the teams, as it's clearly not qualitative compared to 2020.

The labels are beautiful. I took two stars off because they took 15 days to arrive. Perhaps it would be better to allow customers to choose tracked express delivery with a contribution to shipping costs. Or provide free tracked expedited delivery for purchases over a certain amount (also considering the fact that they are not exactly cheap...) Sincerely
