The stickers are fine. What happens is that the shipping takes a long time.

Hello I'm disappointed because the self-adhesive labels don't stick directly on the clothes; they have to be stuck on the labels...if I had known, I would have used iron-on labels!

Order received not very quickly I expected a shorter delay. The labels to stick on the clothes cut out very badly, otherwise the rest of my order was fine.

Very disappointed Most of the labels I stuck on my son's back-to-school clothes are already wearing off.

I ordered self-adhesive labels but received heat-seal labels.

The first page of labels has been printed off-set and my little boy's name is not all over it when I peel it off...

The truth is that I have not received them but another year I ordered them for another daughter and they were perfect and did not come off.

Unfortunately of 2 orders placed only one arrived.Great material. The other order paid for and never arrived, I send emails to report the problem but received no help or response to my order still never arrived. Not even a refund.

Very good. But some of them didn't wash very well. I think I may have ironed them wrong from the start. To be tried again in use.

As much as I love the quality of the labels, I was very disappointed with the customizable bag. I ordered one last year with the flocking printed directly onto the fabric, which made it easier to wash and more qualitative because the ink didn't bleed through. However, I recommended the same bag this year and the flocking is a plastic horror that crumbles on the 1st wash. I'm very disappointed - it's my daughter's dirty laundry bag for the nursery, so it has to be washed regularly - I ordered it specially with personalization so that her first and last names could be displayed directly on the bag and on the 1st wash the plastic flocking comes off. Pochon therefore unusable for its intended purpose. I strongly advise against it and expect a gesture from the teams, as it's clearly not qualitative compared to 2020.

The labels are beautiful. I took two stars off because they took 15 days to arrive. Perhaps it would be better to allow customers to choose tracked express delivery with a contribution to shipping costs. Or provide free tracked expedited delivery for purchases over a certain amount (also considering the fact that they are not exactly cheap...) Sincerely

I'm quite disappointed by the labels used for the shoes, which come off at the end of the day, and the iron-on labels, which also come off after being put in the washing machine at 30°.

Too long to receive the order, some labels are not well cut and can not be peeled off and for my taste too big, I would have preferred more and smaller 6.

The product is very good,much better than in other online stores,but the shipping took a long time.I needed the stickers for the beginning of school and they took more than a month,so they were of no use to me because I had to buy other ones.

I have been buying from Petit-Fernand for several years and I was very happy with the stickers I bought. This year I can't say the same as I ordered stickers for school books and hot stickers for clothes and I only received the hot stickers after a month.

The self-adhesive labels on the snack box come off after only a few washes... Only one of the many iron-on labels I put on my clothes. Otherwise, the design is very nice and so is the look. But I'm worried about how they'll hold up!

Washing performance is not great, especially on the edges, which come unstuck.

The gourd I received is missing a gasket, I sent an email to customer service and there's still no reply.

The product arrives and is well made, but communication with the seller is simply nonexistent. I would recommend working (a lot) on the customer-supplier relationship

I have always had a great time but this time I did not receive my order that I needed for the start of school. I pointed this out but no one called me back. However, the labels are very nice.

Thermoadhesive labels for clothing peel off very badly in the new format they have been put in, it was much better when they were on plastic paper.

The product is good but it took almost a month to get them and I needed them for the start of school.

The labels are sent by regular mail without a tracking DI number and you have to be lucky to receive them in quite a long time. At the same time The customer service to contact,kind and operative.

On the quality of the products there is no question: perfect labels! But it is absurd that the shipping, although free, is only by priority mail, therefore untraceable and that therefore to me the envelope arrived after 2 weeks, with the fear that it was lost I would have gladly paid a courier shipment ( on the other hand my order exceeded 50!) as all online sellers do by now.

I hope my order will arrive soon. Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to give an evaluation of my order yet. But from the photos, the products are very beautiful and original.

Labels arrived nearly a week after ordering. Missed my daughter's first day of school - so a waste of money.

I put it on my children's clothes, washed it and it's all coming out. I applied it as they are talking and it's coming out ??
