My product never arrived, I've written several times and I don't see a solution.
Many of the labels came off after the 1st wash. I'm really disappointed, considering that a week went by between putting the labels on and washing them.
We are always very satisfied with the quality and speed of order processing. There is nothing to complain about. Lovingly put together and packaged.
I'm very happy with the labels as always, but I asked for a relay point delivery to get it in 2 or 3 days and it took over a week.

I had problems with the order I placed and when I wrote indicating that I had not received the stickers they wrote to me apologizing and offering to place the order again with no shipping cost. The new order arrived 4 days later.
