The best kind of customer service; all questions answered incredibly promptly and very, very helpful! I felt they went above and beyond. This goes alongside, the best product in my opinion! We have had name labels from other companies but honestly? These are the ones that have stood the test of time - wear n tear, washing, drying & actually stayed stuck!!! The images haven't faded over time, I'm not left collecting stickers from the bottom of my washing machine or dishwasher. Just a great product that does exactly what it says. So a huge thank you from me! Mum of 2 🙂
I'm still just as happy with the labels 🙂 However, the last two orders have taken longer than usual to arrive, even though we're not in a rush period (back-to-school or whatever...) But still within the announced deadlines.
Labels as ordered. I didn't realize I had selected 50! Quantity not visible enough for the customer. Could be a point for improvement

I ordered the labels for the shoes, the wooden label for the schoolbag and the isothermal water bottles with sports caps. The only downside is that the sport stoppers climb over time and become difficult for a child to open (limescale? Joint). One cap broke a little while ago (used a lot, no worries), but I discovered deposits/mould inside. Not being accessible under normal circumstances, it's difficult to clean/dry the seal inside the stopper. Maybe I'll go for another, more hygienic model.
