Nice customizable products. On the other hand, the automated messages generate errors that create unnecessary worries - a problem confirmed by email exchanges with Camille from Customer Service before I received my order. What's more, delivery times are actually much longer than advertised.

As always, the garment labels arrived in perfect condition. They stay put even through washes. I use these on horse rugs and they've survived the winter mud!

Good product quality in general Lunch box very pretty and the labels too. The case is a little too small and the zip is not as good.

The iron-on napkins are very easy to remove from the backing foil! That's just great and ironing them on is also very easy and even if the iron is on the label for longer, nothing bad happens! The design was very easy and there is a large selection of colors and motifs. It's just a shame the shipping took a long time!

I ordered a lot of stickers until I suddenly found these and I wanted to say they are really great. I recommend these stickers and will be ordering more myself

Very good quality stickers, and exactly as I ordered. I loved the booklet format. Next time maybe use less paper, it will save you money. A nice surprise was the free stickers of children characters.

Very good communication with the marketing department. Part of my order had not arrived and I got a quick response from them. They sent me back the missing part of my order. Great product and very practical for labeling children's things at nursery and school!

Ordering was easy, delivery was fast. However, I have the impression that one of the lunch boxes comes loose after 2 trips through the dishwasher.
