Good products, as ordered, but delivery time not respected, far too long - shame!

After 3 weeks my order has still not arrived.

I would like to say good things to you, because your stickers are famous, but it turns out that I have been using them for less than a month and I have been disappointed. Every time I wash my daughter's clothes the stickers come off.

Poor quality of ironing labels,most of them came off in the first wash despite following the instructions to the letter

Self-adhesive labels are difficult to remove from the liner

A little disappointed because I find that the labels for my son are badly printed. When you peel them off, one end of the rocket is missing.

I'm quite disappointed by the labels used for the shoes, which come off at the end of the day, and the iron-on labels, which also come off after being put in the washing machine at 30°.

Too long to receive the order, some labels are not well cut and can not be peeled off and for my taste too big, I would have preferred more and smaller 6.

The product is very good,much better than in other online stores,but the shipping took a long time.I needed the stickers for the beginning of school and they took more than a month,so they were of no use to me because I had to buy other ones.

I have been buying from Petit-Fernand for several years and I was very happy with the stickers I bought. This year I can't say the same as I ordered stickers for school books and hot stickers for clothes and I only received the hot stickers after a month.

The self-adhesive labels on the snack box come off after only a few washes... Only one of the many iron-on labels I put on my clothes. Otherwise, the design is very nice and so is the look. But I'm worried about how they'll hold up!

Washing performance is not great, especially on the edges, which come unstuck.

The gourd I received is missing a gasket, I sent an email to customer service and there's still no reply.

I am very sorry, because I have always used your products even with my older daughter, and on her clothes they remained attached x 7 years. Now I don't know if the quality of the materials used has changed in the meantime. Thank you. Regards

The product arrives and is well made, but communication with the seller is simply nonexistent. I would recommend working (a lot) on the customer-supplier relationship

I have always had a great time but this time I did not receive my order that I needed for the start of school. I pointed this out but no one called me back. However, the labels are very nice.

Thermoadhesive labels for clothing peel off very badly in the new format they have been put in, it was much better when they were on plastic paper.

The product is good but it took almost a month to get them and I needed them for the start of school.

The labels are sent by regular mail without a tracking DI number and you have to be lucky to receive them in quite a long time. At the same time The customer service to contact,kind and operative.

On the quality of the products there is no question: perfect labels! But it is absurd that the shipping, although free, is only by priority mail, therefore untraceable and that therefore to me the envelope arrived after 2 weeks, with the fear that it was lost I would have gladly paid a courier shipment ( on the other hand my order exceeded 50!) as all online sellers do by now.

I hope my order will arrive soon. Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to give an evaluation of my order yet. But from the photos, the products are very beautiful and original.

Labels arrived nearly a week after ordering. Missed my daughter's first day of school - so a waste of money.

I put it on my children's clothes, washed it and it's all coming out. I applied it as they are talking and it's coming out ??

Long delivery time!

Labels are always nice, but I would shorten the delivery time.

Arrived very late responses to emails derisory no tracking for the package and they always blame it on the post office

Very very slow delivery, they take the same time as from China.

Self-adhesive garment labels don't stand up to machine washing and come off. It's expensive for bits of stuff that end up polluting and clogging the washing machine !!!!!

Pretty but they took forever to arrive

Cute but the thermo stickers have already come off after one day of kindergarten. thought it would last longer,better a stamp or marker.

Labels ok at the moment, but I have yet to do washes and see if they really hold up. Biblical delivery time that doesn't match what they say.

I can not say much, it is still early, I have only put a couple of stickers on my daughter's clothes. The attention from petit fernand have been of 10 but the time to deliver the shipment has taken a lot of time.

I had to wait a long time before I received them

Order shipped on 04/09, apparently lost by the carrier, I was offered to reship my order after confirming my delivery address at least twice and still no order to date.

The order has not arrived, I hope customer care (answering emails) will solve the problem.

Nothing wrong with the labels! They're top-notch! However, this year I bought a water bottle for my daughter. The cap is much too difficult to open. She's 5 1/2 and can't open it because the notch is too pronounced. It also broke on the first try (the front cap), and in the end, it was lost because it doesn't stay on its hinge...

Update: After several email reminders, customer service finally got back to me and proposed a solution. So the labels have arrived, but waiting 45 days for trivial labels without even the ability to track the shipment seems excessive to me nowadays. Especially considering the countless alternatives on the web. So I certainly will not repeat the purchase.

The not too positive review is not about the very nice and serious site. But on the flask not very durable .
