I then contacted customer service, who got back to me the very next day. I spoke to a very friendly member of staff and she sent us the order again without any fuss. The labels are very pretty and perfectly match the visuals on the website. However, the iron-on labels are impossible to attach unless the iron is extremely hot (I have a steam iron, so I can't attach the iron-on labels). In this case, only self-adhesive labels are suitable. They hold up relatively well to machine washing.
