During the purchase process the payment is made with paypal but the company does not complete the purchase. An error appears on their website and the order is not registered but the amount is charged to paypal. Contact with the company which does not respond, because despite being a website no one works on weekends. Curiously after claiming in paypal I receive an email in which they inform me that I have the products in the cart and that if I want them to PAY AGAIN. A scam and a total lack of customer service. PayPal at the moment is not responsible and does not allow me to claim the amount. I will return the receipts and they will explain me where is the order number and the merchandise.

Followed instructions very carefully for iron on labels, but after one wear and one wash (20 degrees) almost all of the labels have peeled off. Ended up buying sew on labels as i knew these would stay on and I had wasted so much time ironing 100 labels on my daughters clothes for nursery. I also emailed Petit-Fernand to let them know what had happened and no one replied. Not impressed

I ordered 2 personalized bottles and after 2 days of use, my son's bottle cracked at the plastic cap and the cap came off.
