Hello, I ordered on a Monday and the labels arrived on Tuesday of the following week, so we're a long way from "2-4 working days" delivery. In addition to the delay, some of the labels had another person's name on them. Maybe it was bad luck, but I won't recommend them again. Thank you very much.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. I needed the labels before the 19th and ordered well 15 days before. My children went on a school trip and I ordered the clothing labels for nothing because the order was not received!

I placed an order for school labels and thermo adhesive labels on September 2. Nefarious service. The order date was September 2 and it still hasn't arrived after 20 days. I have tried to contact them on 2 occasions and they do not respond to emails. You make accounts that you will have them by a certain date and then it is not so. Very disappointed with their treatment and customer service.

I placed an order for 30 euros to be delivered in Luxembourg. I never received the products I ordered. I contacted customer service who asked me to check with the neighbors to see if the package had been delivered to them. I checked with all the neighbors but to no avail. No one had seen it. I then informed the company, which didn't get back to me. I paid for an order that I never received and no refund was offered. Very disappointing experience.

Hello, I never received my order. After August 29, 2022 it is now September 21 and I have never received anything. Customer service has never helped me! This site is pathetic and there is no way to contact someone directly, their phone line is closed at the moment. I don't recommend them at all, I'm very dissatisfied and I'm asking for my money back, I still haven't received anything either!
