20 days and I still have not received my order

Slow to reply after missing an order,,,, I am waiting for them to resend it to me after a fifteen day wait. I will not buy anything again

I placed the order on the 28th and to date still not received! We like March 15!!!

Very long delivery time. The stickers come off the pencils are not as good quality as before. I was very disappointed

It's a shame, I placed the order on February 17, on March 11 I have not received anything, I contact them to claim it and they respond with emails hoping it will arrive soon without putting absolutely no solution. I feel that I am being taken for a ride. I will certainly not order from them again.

Unfortunately, I had ordered something else. Unfortunately, a solution to the problem was not found when I contacted customer service.

The stickers themselves are visually very nice and shipping was fast. Unfortunately, the stickers don't stick. I ordered one sticker out of 20, tried it out and washed the T-shirt with it (washing machine as usual) and the label stuck to the porthole of the washing machine after a short time. I find this fact very sobering, what a shame!

I don't know what happened with this order, hot melt sticker that I put on that falls off. I am quite upset. It has never happened to me on all the fabrics I put on.

I'm sorry and it's very problematic for us, but your labels don't stick, and we find labels in the washing machine, even though we only wash at 30 degrees.

Disappointed, the iron-on labels do not stick well and peel off completely after the 1st wash.

I bought stickers for my baby's clothes and after following all the steps (ironing without steam, no dragging, waiting to wash the clothes, etc) the stickers are peeling off, all of them, from the clothes. I find them in the washing machine. The experience is dire and I would not buy them again. Not one, but all of them have come off on plain cotton clothing which is the most recommended. Super disappointed.

I'm disappointed with the range of labels I've chosen, as they peel right off after the 1st wash at 40.

There is no way that thermal labels last even 72h on clothes. It can not be put on elastic, or polar, or anything, then ... is indicated for baby clothes how is it? (Because all baby clothes are like that). It is my second order (I wanted to see that it was not a bad throw). And nothing. And obviously I followed the instructions to the letter. I am very unhappy.

I am very sad to write this, but the last package of labels has not been what I expected. I bought a nursery and birth package for my son and out of the first 5 heat adhesive labels I used, already 5 of them after the first wash have come off the clothes (some partially and some completely).

It doesn't stick very well to clothes, let alone in the wash.

I bought 3 gourds for each of my children in April 2021... they use it for school. I have no complaints about the bottle itself. However, the quality of the stoppers is deplorable. I'm on my 3rd set of stoppers (9 stoppers bought for 3 bottles), and they break at the slightest impact. The broken plastic is then sharp and no longer protects the sports cap... a shame for a product intended for children.

Too bad!!! I have always ordered and it has always gone well.... the product is of excellent quality, the labels are well made, tested in the dishwasher, washing machine, etc... and in fact they are still there... this time the disappointment is for the delivery, order placed on January 6, and still not arrived, probably problems on the delivery, but I am not given any update.... I still spent money on an order that: WILL ARRIVE?!!!

I bought two personalized water bottles. For one of them I had to change the cap, which was cracked. The caps are unsuitable for children. It's impossible to open or close them. Today my children have bottles with the cap still open. It's very disappointing for a product at this price!

Although there has been some difficulty in communication, they wrote to me to solve a problem with the shipment. I hope that the product will now arrive. Thank you!
