I purchased a thermal water bottle. The cap chipped on the first fall. I expected something more durable, since the product is designed for even preschool children.

I ordered some caps for personalized thermal bottles, on the first order the lids were deformed and couldn't be closed, on the second they broke when I slid them on the table.

Labels wash off

The labels are very good but they take too long to arrive, in fact they arrived to me when I no longer needed them.

Disappointed It doesn't hold well and comes off in the first wash! Would not recommend

Delivery times were not respected. It took me almost two weeks to receive my labels.

I placed the order on September 1st and today, the 24th, I have not received it yet. I urgently need the labels and I am already thinking of a plan B. A pity because I have been buying for several years and this has never happened to me before.

The products are very nice and well made but the delivery is eternal and it takes too many days to get them. They should have other faster shipping system otherwise it takes away the desire to repurchase.

It looked really good, so I ordered 90 thermo-adhesive labels. But after 4 washes, I already had about ten labels that had come off. I did follow the instructions on how to stick them on, but too bad.

Hello, I am sorry to put this rating, the labels are very nice but I was surprised by the shipping time. In my case I placed the order on 1/9 and received it around 17/9, when the schools had already started and I had to find a Plan B for myself. Surprisingly the letter did not arrive in a package but by ordinary letter to my home address. In my opinion these delivery times are not very competitive considering that the competition arrives in 48h (e.g. stikets). Thank you very much and I hope that in the future the shipping time will be shortened a little bit. Salidodr

The shipment took almost 10 working days, nothing exceptional, as it is indicated on the website, but there was no tracking number or anything. I think it is a normal postal package and I do not know what would happen if the goods are lost. I think it is preferable to add the option of charging something more to the customer but be able to have a tracking number. On the other hand the product. The object stickers are fine, they hold up well. The labels on the clothes I ironed them according to instructions and several of them have already been lost along the way and I had to put them back on.... My experience has not been very gratifying. I was encouraged to buy because I had heard good reviews, but the truth is that I do not think I will buy again on this website.

Second purchase quite disappointing. While the adhesive labels for objects are perfect, colorful, easy to peel off and apply, with strong grip so much so that they do not come off even after repeated washes in the dishwasher (ed. cups, water bottles etc.), the labels for clothes, either adhesive or iron-on, are far from satisfactory. The former adhere well but already come off after 2-3 washes in the washing machine; the latter, those to be applied with iron, are really insufficient. Apart from the fact that 12 seconds are not enough but it takes 20 seconds, they still come off at the first wash, really of little use. I highly recommend all the adhesive labels especially for objects, but definitely not the ones for clothes.

Labels still not arrived after 15 days!!!

Good products but very long shipping time 10 days is definitely exaggerated, on the site they talked about 2/3 days

With large font you write in 48 hours ready and shipping still +10 days, you must also then write in addition

Les produits sont vraiment top et de très belles qualités. Mais la livraison est beaucoup trop longue, donc moins 2 étoiles juste pour la livraison, car les produits sont de très hautes qualités ca mérite 3 étoiles juste pour les produits.

Order arrived very late (3 weeks) when it should have arrived by priority mail in 2 days.

I ordered some labels for my son's clothes and I am still waiting to receive them when they indicate that it takes 10 working days. I sent an email to find out the status of my order and until today (09/23/21) they have not contacted me.... I am quite disappointed, as I had the feeling that they were a serious and reliable company.

They took much longer than they promised and the customer service was very bad.

My order is faulty

Self-adhesive labels for objects are really great. But iron-on labels aren't what they used to be. They sometimes come off even after a single wash. When I first ordered them, they melted perfectly into the fabric and didn't peel off. With the last two orders, the quality is no longer there: they come right off the ribs, whatever the type of fabric! I go to the competition for iron-on, but not for self-adhesive.

Product not arrived!!!

To date I have not received my order yet,tomorrow last day available. Hopefully it will arrive.

A bit complicated to finalize,but they were free labels,so it's still nice,the labels were sent on september 6th and didn't arrive until the 23rd.

In the end, the order arrived a few days late.

The long delivery time (10gg since I placed the order) would also be justifiable. also the printing error with which my order arrived. what I find really unjustifiable, however, is the lack of response from customer service (after 20g and two emails, still no response) despite the automated response message describing itself as ëvery dedicated customer service team'!

The labels are beautiful and durable (I know because I have been ordering them for years), unfortunately, however, they are guaranteed to be shipped within 48h but never arrive before 3/4 weeks . I placed the order on September 7 and they still have not arrived (today is the 23rd) .

I've ordered in the past and was very happy with the labels I received, but I was very disappointed with my latest order (N°1001661082). The labels arrived in board form, not pre-cut. I had to cut them myself with scissors in order to use them. I sent an e-mail 2 weeks ago but got no reply, so I tried to send one again but the "send" button didn't work. I then sent a message by messenger 4 days ago which also went unanswered. So I wouldn't recommend this site, because in the event of a problem, there's no telephone number and no one replies to e-mails.

My rating of mediocre does not refer to the quality of the products, which are indeed very good and beautiful. It is referring to the organization and customer service, which is not very diligent. In my case, I paid for 3 items in this order: a set of adhesive labels, a personalized water bottle, and a personalized wooden backpack tag. Unfortunately, the latter was not delivered to me; it was not in the package. I immediately wrote to customer service, requesting either a refund equal to the value of the missing item or a reshipment of the item, but after 5 business days I still have not received a response. For a store that operates exclusively online, responses should be faster. If I do not receive a proposal for a solution to what happened, despite the fact that the value of the sticker label is not high, I will not place any more orders, because on line the seriousness of the traders is important.

The stickers are beautiful, just as I had put them together. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the delivery time, which I found very long.
