The website is easy to use and the children loved picking out their customisation designs. My original order didn't arrive but after emailing customer services the situation was rectified easily and quickly by sending out another set for free. I have used Petit Fernand for a few years now and will continue to shop for School labels for many more years.

I have ordered some labels from you and they didn't arrive after 10 working days. When I sent an email regarding this, your colleague was extremely helpful, and offered a refund or to resend the items on your cost. I then replied saying I would like a refund only to re-order as I decided to have a different design on the labels in the meantime. I specifically said I decided with the fox design. Then your colleague sent a picture with altered design saying if this is the one I'd reorder, they can send it instead of the first (lost) order. I find it 100% helpful and customer friendly service. The labels are fantastic too, I love them

We've had these stickers every year for the past 4 years. They always last to the end of the school year and are really durable - very few scratches or fading. I've tried others but these are by far the best. My daughter loves customising her stickers for the start of the school year. Just make sure you order in plenty of time as they do take a while to arrive.
