Great customer service, I hadn't had my shipment delivered (with regular post) and they offered to reship it for free or refund me. I chose the new shipment and now have the product I ordered!

Very pleased with the iron-on labels we received. They are solid and nice. My son is also happy with the result. If I could make one remark, it would be to extend the range of images offered because my children are 9 and 12, and for their age, it's a bit lacking.

Fast delivery with tracking. The labels are exactly what we expected. First machine wash was conclusive, labels were intact.

I order these labels for every school trip and I love them. Very practical. It's super pretty. My kids love them too.

I am not giving 5 stars because this time they took a little longer than usual (I have ordered at least 10 labels, and they always take less time, except in September, when they tend to have more demand due to the back to school) and because the lettering on the clothing labels was a little shaky.
