I have not received my order....

I have still never received my order

I ordered clothes labels that were even supposed to wash out. After a week my son lost them all.

Order error sent request the same day could not be changed because reply several days later and order was already ready!

The purchase unfortunately was a disappointment, the labels after a few minutes came off all the pencils, pens and markers, despite the fact that even on your own site it was communicated as a usage scenario.

Order never received but payment was taken and no way of contacting anyone, except by sending a message via "contact" with the warning that the message may take a long time to process. One thing's for sure, I'll never order from this site again.

Merchandise still not received my son left without labels

Unfortunately, my assessment can only be negative. It has been 15 days since the order, which was given for delivery after 3 days at the time of purchase, and I still have not received the goods. I cannot express an opinion on the goodness of the product but I think that for a company customer care is also very important. Despite asking where my package is the only response I received from customer service was an automated email saying that they entrust shipping to the post office and have no record of it. I hope to receive what I ordered...sooner or later

Hello All the labels come off after 1 wash even though they were glued correctly. I had already ordered on your site and I am very disappointed.

Failure to receive labels

I placed an order on August 28, 2021 that I paid for in advance and never received. I complained several times by email to no avail. Finally they told me they would resend the order but they lied again. I never received anything , only emails for me to leave a valuation. As of January 19, 2022, I think I can already confirm that the company Petit Fernand is unprofessional to use no other words to describe them. They have my money for nothing. Very very disappointed

I selected name stickers with vehicles on so my son would be more willing to have them in his clothes. My 3 year old was disappointed that his stickers then didn't have a picture on as ordered. I don't think I would have paid a premium had I have expected this to happen.

I place an order and realize that I have made a mistake, so I am offered to change my order because it is not yet produced. I changed it 5 minutes after placing my order ... they replied 3 days later, telling me it was too late to change it! So why offer me this? Lame, avoid it!

Pas fiable. La commande a mis mis UN MOIS à arriver alors que sur le site un délai de 2 à 10 jours était annoncé. C'est dommage car la qualité du produit est très bonne.

I ordered window stickers...they didn't arrive in more than 2 weeks...and for that they charge almost 4 euros shipping costs. Never again.

I ordered 3 custom steel bottles on Dec. 09; they arrived on the 23rd afternoon, but by then I was no longer home. In addition, one of the three has obvious scratches on the surface of the bottle. In short, gift arrived late and spoiled to boot ?? The only good thing is the customer service that responds fairly quickly.

Very poor service and shipping!

I am not satisfied with the hot melt stickers from the last order. It is very difficult to stick them on with the iron and once they are on they fall off after a few minutes. This had not happened to me in previous orders. In fact I had bought them again because the previous times I have done very well with them. I don't know what happened, but the quality of the last stickers is terrible. Too bad.

The order never arrived--I ordered well in advance to get it for Christmas but then it didn't arrive on time. So about the products I have no way to say anything because I haven't seen them yet. Too bad!!!

Don't buy the Christmas stickers... Too small and they're white on one side.... Very over the top.
