Arrived after more than a month, but a la the end they arrived and I am so happy. Can't wait to try them out!

Labels do not stick to clothes. 1 wash and labels stuck to drum. Disappointed.

Arrived more than 3 weeks later exceptionally and the labels do not peel off easily ... which surprises me ... this is my third order Otherwise super I recommend they resist well to the dishwasher and children are always delighted to have some stickers extra gifts ... they are pretty your labels thank you

Labels arrived beyond maximum delivery time limits. Customer service for NOTHING EFFICIENT. I will never place an order with you again.

Unfortunately, the labels arrived too late.... We couldn't use them...

Nine days and we still haven't received it. I give three stars because we have purchased on other occasions and the product was fine.

The labels are nice, and it's nice to be able to customize them so much, although in preparing the 'nest kit' it would be more convenient to enter the options once (like entering a checkmark to decide if you want all the labels with the same color/font/logotype and layout), and not have to redo it all the time for all of them. shipping could be faster, too, but ok.

The website said it took two or three days, but that was not the reality.

The labels are very good but you are not honest with the deliveries and they have arrived very late.

A little disappointed with the iron-on labels, although I like the labels 24 hours or more before washing the clothes and yet each time the clothes are put in the washing machine the labels come off, otherwise I'm happy with them.

My first order was not validated because the payment was supposedly refused. I received no information to this effect and waited in vain for my order, before going to the site to see that it had been cancelled. I had to place it again. I would have appreciated a commercial gesture for this wait, knowing that in the days preceding my order, there was a promotional code. Furthermore, there's no indication of the exact delivery date of the order. That's a shame.

Shipping takes quite a while, I sent an email to ask when it would arrive and never heard back. I ordered two packs, the thermoadhesive labels have come off in the first wash ..... This is the second time I order, the first time I had no problem but this time I am very dissatisfied.

The labels are great, but they took 17 days to arrive. I spent the money and have not been able to use them because they did not arrive on time. They should have a much faster distribution service.

The lunch box is very large and impractical. The rest of the order, very good.

I would have very gladly given 5 stars for the quality of the product, but unfortunately there were very long delays on shipping creating a great inconvenience for me before school started. The company needs to stop writing shipping within 48h business when the reality is far away (10 business days). I appreciated that you responded to my emails however the damage had already been done.

I'm a bit disappointed because after a few weeks of use and machine washing, the labels are coming off on some materials. Yet I respect everything to the letter... It's a shame... Otherwise, the colors and patterns are very pretty and the iron-on labels are easy to apply.

The shipping is lousy, either it doesn't arrive, or it arrives very late. It has happened to me on the two occasions that I have placed an order.

I didn't receive my order, when I chased it, I was told that as 10 days had passed it was considered lost in the post. I was promised that a replacement order would be manufactured and despatched, within a few days. I'm still waiting for my order and am being spammed with emails to write a review on trust pilot. So, based on my experience so far, I can only mark 1 star for the response I received saying they would replace the order. If I do ever receive my order I will let you know. The products sound lovely but I've yet to see them to verify. I don't like leaving negative reviews so I'm sorry to have to do this. Update - my labels arrived this morning, second request but they are here, they are posted from France ???? so this explains the delay perhaps. They look really cute, I will be able to label things now and see how they perform.

September 2 order: not received to date 23/09/21 Received after reminder and new order sent! Better late than never?

I ordered an "airplane" logo. There's no logo and yet the name isn't centered on the label. The logo is transparent lol

This year, the sticky labels are coming off, sometimes even before the first wash. As a result, I had to sew them all up and simply write my son's name on them. A bit disappointed to have spent twenty euros on it.

The stickers are very nice and of very good quality, but I placed the order on September 1st and it arrived on September 22nd with no response during that time.

I have always been satisfied but in this order I did not receive the paper to place between the plate and the label and also the labels do not peel off well.

Shipping time supposedly 24-48h and the reality was 2 weeks. Otherwise all good

Lovely labels but after the 1st wash some are already fading. I hope it's just a misuse on my part on some clothes.

Good product Long delivery time

The quality of the labels is good, we like them very much. But the delivery time is a bit too long, and then no tracking.

The water bottle is beautiful, too bad the cap is defective and will not close except by applying pressure with the full weight of an adult. I asked almost a week ago for a replacement cap but received no response. I had to scratch the inside surface of the lid with a knife in order to get it to close

It did not arrive within 2-3 business days as the advertisement says. Only after making payment it states that it could take up to 10 days. Very disappointed because I could not paste the labels, the sole had already started and I had already delivered all the material. Delivery time is very important you cannot state 3 days and put 10 days is a fraud.

The labels are very good but a little slow delivery compared to the order . Two weeksw almost ...

The labels do not come off easily from the original cardboard.

The adhesive labels for clothes are fine, the thermo adhesive labels are fine too, but the material ones broke when I took them off (I did it carefully).
