We ordered a personalized stainless steel drinking bottle. The bottle itself is very nice. But unfortunately the letters came off after a short time and the rubber on the bottle leaked. We only washed the bottle by hand. After I complained about the bottle, I was only offered a 20% discount code with this explanation: "However, as we do not know the conditions of use or care of the drinking bottle, we are unfortunately unable to respond positively to your inquiry." I think it's very cheeky to assume that customers make care mistakes. Legally very questionable! We have been customers for 3.5 years.

I ordered a replacement part for a lunch box. It's a good thing they exist because other lunchboxes break their zipper and you can't do anything about it. The service was excellent. The part came in a cloth bag and then as a gift a sheet of stickers, my little girl was happy not only to recover her lunch box that she likes so much but also with some nice stickers as a gift! I found it incredible that for the small cost of the piece they took care of so many details.

It's hard to say as the order still hasn't arrived. I just hope that the heat-sensitive labels will be more effective than the last order. They went off in the washing machine (despite 30gres) or didn't hold on to the fabric despite the instructions I followed.
