Unfortunately, my assessment can only be negative. It has been 15 days since the order, which was given for delivery after 3 days at the time of purchase, and I still have not received the goods. I cannot express an opinion on the goodness of the product but I think that for a company customer care is also very important. Despite asking where my package is the only response I received from customer service was an automated email saying that they entrust shipping to the post office and have no record of it. I hope to receive what I ordered...sooner or later

Hello All the labels come off after 1 wash even though they were glued correctly. I had already ordered on your site and I am very disappointed.
Failure to receive labels
I placed an order on August 28, 2021 that I paid for in advance and never received. I complained several times by email to no avail. Finally they told me they would resend the order but they lied again. I never received anything , only emails for me to leave a valuation. As of January 19, 2022, I think I can already confirm that the company Petit Fernand is unprofessional to use no other words to describe them. They have my money for nothing. Very very disappointed

My order never arrived I placed it in September
I selected name stickers with vehicles on so my son would be more willing to have them in his clothes. My 3 year old was disappointed that his stickers then didn't have a picture on as ordered. I don't think I would have paid a premium had I have expected this to happen.

I place an order and realize that I have made a mistake, so I am offered to change my order because it is not yet produced. I changed it 5 minutes after placing my order ... they replied 3 days later, telling me it was too late to change it! So why offer me this? Lame, avoid it!
