After 22 days I still have not received the order and there is no way to contact by phone, nefarious and disastrous service, it has cost me 30 euros and there is no way to recover it.

Big problem with delivery. The labels never arrived.
The website is easy and intuitive. They are practical although I have not yet put them on so I can not comment on durability or resistance to washing. Great customer service. We had a problem with the shipment and they responded quickly and did not put any problem to resend the order. The format is nice and I'm sure they will be super practical for me not to lose anything of our little one. I highly recommend it.

I have not received an order that I ordered on November 23. It is not true that, as you say, I did not reply to your email on December 13. I can send you a screenshot replying that the address was correct. The point is that I still have not received anything.

The labels don't peel off properly, so they're corroded and don't stay stuck to the clothes.

Lousy service. They don't send anything and they don't even inform you that they won't send it and after a month you have to ask for a refund because they don't even do that.
My opinion is horrible! I have been waiting since September for an order that still has not arrived. The address has been confirmed 5 times, supposedly it has been sent again and it still hasn't arrived!!!! The solution they give you is none, they send it by letter and they are not even able to certify it !!! You try to talk to someone responsible and they tell you that as they do not speak Spanish you have nothing to do, just with the teleoperator who is responsible for passing the incident that is never solved!!!! The stickers have not arrived. ??
Very poor quality. The stickers are hard to stick, they peel off after washing and I'm talking about 100% cotton garments, not recommended. Too bad because the design was beautiful.

Following my message of November 12 and C-monEtiquette's reply on November 17, I'm still waiting for the parcel. With the tracking number given, I get this message every time: "Your Colissimo will soon be entrusted to us! It is being prepared by your sender. As soon as we receive it, you can track its progress here. If you have any questions, you can contact your sender or their customer service department." So either I receive my parcel very quickly, or I file a complaint for theft and fraud.
