The first time I bought the stick on labels were great. Second time I the iron on didn't work as I expected. Now I have bought other set of stick on labels and again I got a bit disappointed with the quality as it doesn't seem to stay in place after a few weeks depending on the material. In materials like aluminium, plastic, it stay in place perfectly for long time.

This is my fourth order, always everything correct, very nice and durable stickers. My last order was a Christmas order placed on December 8. It arrived and the Christmas window stickers were missing. I contacted them and they informed me that they were out of stock and would send them to me later. It is January 4 and Christmas is over and I am still without the stickers. They could have proactively informed me of the out of stock and offered a refund. Update: I received the stickers on January 12.... Christmas over, they could have offered a refund, some voucher or discount code for the delay, etc. But mostly lack of proactive information from the beginning.
