Love the products but the delivery is always painfully slow

The order arrived very late and what I received does not correspond to what I ordered.

Too bad shipping error, otherwise they would have 5 stars. Beautiful, clear, durable labels that fit all needs. I have always been happy with them. This time I was sent another person's labels. So I had to make a complaint and my labels were sent back correctly. Overall 30 days. Fortunately, I was not in a hurry....

I only received 10 stickers. The other 20 I had ordered came in someone else's name.

Been using petit-fernand for years and years product and delivery has always been great. Sadly this time round there was a massive delay in delivery. Hoping it won't happen again. It wasn't the delivery service that was the issue it was your company that admitted to having a problem at your end!

The order was delayed and took a long time. I know it explained once posted takes up to 10 business days to be delivered but it's the time frame from ordering to being shipped out that was the long process and I also got an email to say there was a delay as they are too busy?

They look great on clothes and do not peel off.

Fast and efficient

This isn't my first order and I'm always satisfied. The only downside this time is the 6 postage for the water bottles, which I find very high.

Very disappointed by the delivery time! 15 days to receive the order! My son will be going on his school trip without his labelled things! Nb: a good marker did the trick! Never again

Perfect product and great service

A month later it says delivered and I have not received anything. The customer service phone is NOT free, they make excuses and say that they will send it again. From the time you order until everything arrives, always with some problem in between, 2-3 months. On the other hand, bad printing QUALITY. It looks pixelated. I have ordered several times just in case there have really been punctual errors but in ALL the orders I have had some kind of problem. I really do not repeat

After the labels with the wrong names were delivered after almost 1.5 months, we unfortunately had to realize that they were of poor quality and that fewer were delivered than we had ordered.

Quick and easy

Unfortunately, I initially received the wrong labels. However, customer service reacted very quickly and immediately sent me the correct labels. They also sent me a discount code as compensation. Mistakes are human, they can happen. The important thing for me is that they responded quickly and in a friendly manner.

I was able to customize my labels easily because there's so much choice.
