Unfortunately, the package had not arrived due to postal problems, so I contacted support who reshipped. Great customer service!

Arrived after 22/11/2023 which was the last date for delivery. They were favor tags for a baptism on 11/26/2023 and arrived to me on 11/29/2023. I am updating the review because the customer service was truly invaluable, reimbursing me and of unique kindness despite the fact that the disservice was not directly their fault, which is why I give 5 stars.

I recommended them after trying them out last year, because the labels are colorful, super-customizable and machine-resistant. It's a shame there aren't more à la carte packages with a choice of self-adhesive labels for clothes and shoes without iron-on, for example, or for clothes and objects, because in the end I didn't need half of the kindergarten and nursery pack and had to recommend clothes labels. It's a pity you don't make the colored gourds anymore, they were great!
