Very pretty The colors and patterns are great, but the iron-on labels don't hold on the clothes I'm disappointed. I don't and wouldn't recommend labels.

PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED

1st order of labels for children's clothing placed on 08/11/2021 Having received nothing by 16/11/2021, I informed customer service who refused to process the request before 23/11/2021 to allow a "time of receipt", even though the shipment had supposedly left by priority mail D+1 on 09/11. So I had to wait 14 days after their dispatch date for them to even agree to process my claim. In the end, they offered nothing other than to resend via the same channel. In short, I wasted 16 days waiting for labels, not to mention the price of the order thrown out the window. For my next orders, I'd rather try another site.

The termo adhesive labels do not stick to the labels of the clothes and for the classic labels they do not hold in the long term very disappointed with my purchase.

I never received my parcel. I contacted C-mon étiquette and unfortunately my problem was not resolved. I paid +/- 100 for something I never received and no help from you! So yes very disappointed and I feel I have been robbed. You are working with a delivery company that did a poor job! I don't have to pay for it! Really very unhappy!

Unfortunately, I don't think the quality is good at all. I ironed it onto a dress (with a normal jersey fabric) and onto a pair of thermal leggings. Unfortunately it lasted exactly one day. On one it tore in the middle on the other it came off completely. Too bad

I never received my order!

My order never arrived, but the support staff has been very kind and has always been in contact with me. I am waiting for the refund to be reflected in my account, it is a pity that they have problems with shipments, so far I seem very responsible in terms of follow-up and responses to my emails and giving me a solution to my problem.

I'm very disappointed that the labels don't fit.

Untracked shipping is fine, but for over a month I have been waiting for the labels to be shipped, unfortunately I will no longer buy from this site. everything I buy on line arrives on time, except from this site!

I did respect all the indications. They are beautifull, but do not stick on clothes after washing and drying, so they one by one fell off

I love these labels. Very practical for everyday use. And for school. I highly recommend them. P.s: even the teacher asked me where I'd found the labels. ??

Not received my order .

The parcel still hasn't arrived despite a letter tracking option. Too much waiting time (+14 days)...I can't test/evaluate the product yet.

I was happy when I saw these labels because the graphics are nice but they don't wash out, so they're useless.

After more than two weeks, the order has still not arrived

Never happened but the labels never arrived. And my orders do not show the last purchase. I spent almost 50, wrote to support with only a reply to wait and that the order is not tracked. I have to buy the labels back because I need them. After years of buying from you, I expected at least a response to the additional reporting emails sent

I have not received my order. Ordered on October 25 and on November 15 it still has not arrived. I have filled out the contact form to solve the incident and I have not received a reply.

Hello, my order has not arrived yet, or I want my money back!

Never received my order

I never received my order, I sent several messages on FB because it was impossible to communicate otherwise, one person got in touch with me via messenger but I was never able to reply. In short, I feel ripped off, no order, no refund. This is unacceptable.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my personalized lunch box order. I ordered it on 04/09/2021 for my daughter's first day of school and to date, 12/11/2021, I still haven't received anything.

Didnt receive my order! I emailed and they claimed to send another one but again i didn't receive it.

Unfortunately, the 'order never arrived. I wrote for a reminder or resend but never got a response. I waited but cannot give a different grade.

Extremely disappointed. The labels only lasted a few hours. The only ones that lasted I found in the washing machine. It's a shame because the design is...

I have always had positive experiences! But this time I still haven't received my order (it's been 14 working days since shipping!) and I need the labels quite urgently! Sorry but this time I am forced to give only one star.

Unfortunately, the stickers came off during washing. I waited 48 hours after sticking them on, but they still didn't stay on

It is a scam I placed an order 2 months ago and I have not received it and on top of that they tell me not to send more emails so as not to saturate it and I have neither the order nor the refund nobody knows anything come on I think so because on top of that you can not even talk to them I do not recommend it.

Disappointed? The labels are really big and fat, so we were surprised when we received the brochure.
