I've always ordered my labels here and have always been happy with them until this year. The labels are rather difficult to remove from their holders and easily peel off the garments. I hope this will improve.

I needed the labels urgently and it took me 10 days to receive them; on the web they say that they deliver them in 48hrs but they do not specify that you have to add the 10 working days that can take the shipping of Correos. I received them in perfect condition but I no longer needed them.

I'm disappointed the labels (thin for object) are difficult to cut and I ended up comparing the price. So I'm very disappointed, even though I ordered only from you.

The product is very good, but there is little communication regarding shipping, tracking, etc. It takes quite a while to arrive as well.

The bottle is pretty, but it's heavy and big. Not ideal for a 3-year-old to hold. Opening it isn't very easy either, but it does have the advantage of preventing leaks! An adult's help is needed to open it. However, he's delighted to have it!

Some of the labels are badly cut and I have a lot of trouble peeling them off the original backing. This makes labeling a pain to scrape the corners of the labels, which then end up a bit shriveled...

I'm disappointed with your termo-adhesive labels which are all falling off after only one wash. Very poor quality, I'll have to start all over again.

Good, but disappointed: a whole sheet of labels is unusable... Impossible to peel them off. Otherwise, the rest of the booklet is fine.

Very disappointed with this last order. The labels all came off in the washing machine. I bought some last year and never had this problem. The labels still stick really well to the clothes. Have you changed anything? The batch I received doesn't wash well even though I haven't changed my habits.

The site is nice and it is very easy to create the labels which are very nice and well made, the delivery unfortunately was very slow instead.

STICKERS PEEL OFF EASILY IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME

Nice concept, I bought the iron-on labels, but I find that they don't stick very well after the first wash I had to iron them again.

I'm very happy with the way the labels look. They meet my expectations. On the other hand, I'm sorry to say that the labels don't hold up as well as advertised.

Second order, very disappointed by this one, the labels were very difficult to remove it remained stuck to the support a big waste of time, and much sabîmer once unstuck... Too bad, no time saved.

I order from you very often and I find that this time the labels are very hard to peel off and they hardly stick to the clothes. I was a little disappointed this time.

The gourd is very fragile; in less than a week, the bottom of the gourd has peeled off. What's more, the stopper is quite complicated to open for a child under 5. Unfortunately, there's a lot to improve on this bottle. But the labels are great!

We always buy Petit Ferand labels for our children's clothes, however this year they are incredibly difficult to remove from the backing resulting in esch sticker having a damaged edge from the removal.

Website makes you think they are uk based but actually came from France and took longer than expected. The name stickers applied to the labels, left for 24 hours without wearing or washing and then when they are washed they come off in the machine.

I've been ordering from you for over three years. And this is the first time I've been disappointed with the delivery service. I had to wait more than 15 days.
