Hello, This is the 2nd time I have ordered. The first one went well. This year, I didn't receive my order, I reported it and an automatic e-mail prompted me to check my mailbox. As an experienced user, you get the feeling you're being taken for a fool, and that's unpleasant. It's a shame, because the concept of the pack and the quality of the labels are top-notch!

They are very pretty but I am not happy with the result. The label is big and the font chosen is very small. They should warn that it is going to be almost illegible, it seems that just change the font but not the size. In the sample it didn't look so small. I don't think I will be able to use them, too bad.

I used the self-adhesive object labels for my 4 children's pencils, pens and markers (large order). I stuck the labels on and three days later everything was coming off. I reapplied the labels, pressing hard again, and it started all over again. I took everything off and threw it in the garbage can. I'm disgusted, it's literally money down the drain. I find this unacceptable.

So I re-posted my order to A qui S on Thursday 25/08 and I was delivered today Monday 29/08 without paying for a fast delivery !!!! I will never recommend Cmon étiquettes !!!

I ordered a custom water bottle, but it definitely arrived spoiled. It wouldn't have been a problem if customer service had gotten back to me. As specified in the instructions, I used my iron at 200 degrees, waited 15 minutes for the iron to heat up, and placed the label on each garment with the parchment paper. I pressed for 8 or 10 seconds on each garment. First wash 15 days after labeling the garments: surprise, all the labels come off in a 30-degree wash !!!!

Very disappointed with the after-sales service!!! I have received the products certainly quality unfortunately I am missing a product in my order I called several times in vain! No answer. I sent an e-mail to no avail and got an automatic reply saying that an answer was forthcoming. I've lost about 10 in my order. It was my first order and I'd think twice about it now.
