3 years ago, I ordered iron-on labels for my eldest child's first year of primary school. I was (and still am) very satisfied: 3 years later, the labels are still holding. I reordered for my youngest, who started primary school, and for my eldest's entry into first grade. I'm a bit disappointed because after 1 to 3 washes, the labels come off. As a result, I had to go through the ironing process to re-stick them. On the other hand, I'm very pleased with the self-adhesive labels, which wash very well.

The design is great but they don't fit well enough.

Delivery took much longer than usual (almost 3 weeks vs. 3 days), labels are often badly cut, it is not possible to remove them without additional cutting.

Useful and good quality labels. Even the iron-on ones are easy to apply and last with washing. Beware of delivery (priority mail without tracking for label-only orders) not always quick, especially close to the start of school.

Hi Guys, this is my second time of using your stickers and sadly not so great this time. Just live the colours and graphics. Just can't get the things off the sheet! And when I do it has a crumpled corner and some of the extra clear cover showing. This is for all three sets as I have three children. Sorry to be negative!

Hello delivery delay. After washing, a sticky label came off the garment.

The ones for clothes come off with washing (and it has only been one), both the iron-on and the stickers and the objects on one of them have also come off. Simple, effective, beautiful presentation. Last year I bought the complete pack for kindergarten and this year mainly self-adhesive labels for clothes and objects .... but the quality is a big problem. I'm very disappointed, because last year I bought the complete pack for kindergarten, for my twins, and the iron-on labels came off very quickly, especially after machine washing, so I had to iron them again regularly, or even replace them. This year, I've refocused on using labels for objects, and there's a bad surprise: they don't stick well, especially on felt-tip pens and pencils .... So big disappointment. I'm going to have to find other solutions 🙁

My order this time with the iron-on labels was moderately satisfactory. The product adheres less. I'm going to recommend the self-adhesive ones instead.

The order arrived late and the communication with the company, on repeated occasions, to know when it would arrive was also very insufficient because they do not have a follow-up of the order. If it arrives well and if not, nothing. They told me that if it did not arrive they would refund my money. The product arrived in good condition but to use it for the next course.

Presentation very comfortable as in a booklet and the stickers for things are fine but the ones for clothes fall off too easily even if you follow the instructions for placement. Good thing I took few because I didn't know them....

I had gotten them years ago with my first child and was super satisfied! This time, however, The colors of the prints are not very garish compared to the original, the bold lettering is blurry in almost all sizes, and the sheet of tissue for the sticky labels is missing at all, which involves ironing. I am very disappointed!

Timely delivery. The labels are very nice but the heat adhesive ones start to peel off in the first wash. The adhesive ones, on the other hand, have held up.

Really disappointed with the product. After 2 washes, 70% of the labels were gone. The application time etc. was well respected. I won't be recommending it again, given the price and mediocre quality.

I ordered two personalized water bottles and two personalized lunch boxes. I was more than disappointed with the gourds, as one of them literally broke after not even a week of use (the cap literally broke and the gourd itself made a funny noise as if there was loose metal inside). The cans are just a simple sticker, which comes off really quickly for the price! But I'm careful, and I don't even put them in the dishwasher, even though it's not forbidden from what I've seen! As for the labels, you have to press them down like crazy with an iron so that they don't come off after 24 hours in the 1st wash! The only thing I haven't been disappointed with so far are the sticky labels for equipment! It's clear that I'll never order again! What's more, I always receive my order late, so I'm all for paying the price, but only when it's worth the quality. Which is not the case here!

I follow the instructions for use, and they come off in the wash, I wash with cold water.

A bit disappointed. I ordered personalized sleeves and one of them is really badly made.

Slightly long delivery time

The stickers are very good. highly customizable but unforgivable delay of more than 10 days to receive the order. Alleged problem with the post office. I don't know whose it is but there was no customer service to really follow up and they are not reliable with delivery times.

This is the first time I am using Petit-Fernando labels. It was very easy to order and delivery was super quick to UK. I was very excited to use them for my son's first school uniform but I've got mix feeling. After one day they just peeled off. I iron them as instructed but they didn't stick on uniform.

Delivery of fabric adhesive labels on time and true to what was ordered. Very reasonable cost. Only thing, although I followed the instructions for attaching, already after the first wash one really came off and the others came off at the edges. I am also sorry because the graphics are really beautiful!

Hello, I'm disappointed after a 1st satisfactory experience, I'm still waiting for my order placed in early September. I would really like to find a solution.

The product is good but with shipping we are not there, labels arrived very late so for the start of school I had to make arrangements to buy a special printing machine at the last minute!
