Good products and received quickly as usual

I am more than delighted with the labels I ordered for my daughters. They love them. On the other hand, I was a little disappointed with the delivery because I had ordered in 24h which didn't arrive. But the service quickly replied that they were reprinting them and so I finally received them.

I'm really very happy, it's been 3 years now that I've ordered labels for the school, this year we've added the nursery for the new kid in the family and I'm really very satisfied. After sticking the labels on my child's markers, I realized the next day that they were all peeling off without exception. I had to put extra tape on the labels. No problem for the pencils. Customer service was very responsive and listened carefully to solve my problem by sending a replacement product.

I would have liked the package to arrive sooner, the lead times are slow compared to today's lead times on other platforms or companies. Otherwise great
