When my original order never arrived as was ordered before Christmas and believe was lost in Christmas mail they re sent me my order with no charge and was extremely willing to help.

The order I placed did not arrive. I made a claim and they sent it back to me. Excellent customer service.

I ordered some labels for my children's clothes, the delivery was a little delayed because it was just between the end of the year festivities. I liked the little additional papers so I could iron them on. The colors look better on the site, but I'm still satisfied.

Great little stickers for labelling a whole range of items. All were good quality and I particularly like how easily I can clean and wipe over them and they actually stay on!

Ease of label design

These are the best labels we have ever used. They stick to everything, any type of material. We wanted to give some of the clothes to the charity shop that we used them on, but we could easily pull them off as well. They even go through the dishwasher and don't fade or peel. This is our third book of them.

Shoe labels received very quickly in a small booklet so they don't get lost. They're very pretty and of good quality, and they don't move around in the shoes despite heavy use and perspiration. On top of that, they really help my daughter to keep her feet straight.
