Ease of creating labels and speed of delivery
The item arrived on time, having chosen two-day shipping. I am very pleased with the lunch box, it is a quality item and my son really enjoyed it. The labels are good, they seem to hold after washing although clearly sewn on they will have a better hold. I am very satisfied!

Really great company. The products are lovely. I unfortunately one of the snap clip broke after a few days. I emailed the company and they sent a replacement straight away. Would definitely recommend

The labels are very nice, my daughter loved them; I have not used them yet because they have just arrived, but they look very good quality. They have taken a little while to arrive, I chose the post office as the shipping method, I think they would not have taken so long if I chose another method. So, if you want them very fast do not choose the post office, for whatever reason some people get them fast and others do not. For my next order I already know. As for customer service they are also excellent, they answer right away and the treatment is very friendly. I hesitated, because they did not arrive quickly, but I was wrong.
