The product is beautiful but from the first day the stopper broke. My son dropped the bottle (he's young) and the cap broke off.
The stick on labels are excellent and stay on clothes after every wash. I've used these now several times and definitely recommend them for all school items.

Very bad customer service. I was sent the wrong labels (someone elses). I asked them to resent it but that one never arrived. So they said they can either resent it or refund me. I asked if they can sent it via express delivery since I've been waiting for over a month now for these labels and they said no they can't. I asked for a refund and will never shop here again!!!
As always impeccable customer service, fast, responsive and very friendly. They solved my problem right away and sent a new order immediately so I didn't have to wait any longer. A 10!!!
