When I placed the order I made a last minute change that was not saved, I spoke with customer service and very kindly attended me to solve it. When I received it I saw that it was wrong and as I wrote to comment on it, they responded by giving me a solution. It seems to me very effective and professional to want to provide a solution at all times and quickly.

We are absolutely satisfied with esistmeins. We have ordered everything from larger stickers to mini stickers. Drinking bottle up to the gym bag already ordered a lot and several times.
I am pissed off. The labels didn't stick to the pens. I was asked to send photos and was told there was nothing more we could do. The three months are up and therefore I have no right to complain yes and why should I send photos first???? So zero understanding zero insight nothing. Best to order directly elsewhere. Hands off !!!!!!
