To 30.11: I was contacted by customer service who returned a bottle and the two caps very quickly. THANK YOU SO MUCH, but I stand by my opinion that the caps are very difficult to close. This was not the case with my first purchase a few years ago. 31.10 I bought 2 personalized bottles. The 2 have trouble closing at the cap and on 1 of the 2 the personalization is not done correctly and does not hold in some places and this from the 1st day. I had already bought one a few years ago and was happy with it at the time. Now I'm disappointed

Very nice customizable labels! I found them much more attractive than what I've seen from competitors. I just think it's a shame that it's not explicitly stated that the chronopost shipping option also allows you to have your order delivered to a relay point. As I don't receive my mail in my letterbox at the moment, I was a bit at a loss when it came to defining the shipping method. Perhaps it would be a good idea to specify it 🙂

Hello Not very happy with delivery times. I paid more than 9 for a delivery in 24h00 before 18h00 tonight. I placed my order on 08.11 and in the package tracking it tells me the 10th or 11th. In any case the 24h00 will be exceeded...

Really friendly, and really quality products

"My order arrived very late" was the complaint I made when I sent the email to customer service. As Murfy's law, the package arrived the next day, and while on top of that a few minutes later with the package in my hand, I received the notice "your order has been shipped." again... I told what has happened and how to pay the ones they have sent again, but I have only received the reply "Keep both of them as gifts." It has been a super nice experience. All good only that I ordered it urgently but there was a delay, I got my money back for the fast shipping but it was a shame not to use it when I needed it and improvise.

Bought these last year and I love these labels loads of design choices, they are very good quality, do not fade and stay on clothes wash after wash. Repurchased this year and am not disappointed.

The shipping was a real disaster, it took me about 1 month to receive it, I do not recommend it.

Beautiful bottles, customization+++, super-fast delivery. Too bad the bottles are super fragile: after not even a week's use, the images peel off and the paint is damaged.

After a 1st shipment that didn't arrive, for X reasons, the customer service was reactive and top notch. Second shipment arrived very quickly.
