The items are good. However, the clasp on the flask is very hard for a child to close!

I placed an order on august 19. i contacted customer service again. i received no explanation or apology. ten days ago i received an e-mail informing me that the order had been dispatched. but to this day i still haven't received it. this is unacceptable. After posting this negative comment, I finally got a response from customer service. It's not just a postal problem, since it took two months from the time my order was validated to the time it was dispatched. As a reminder, it was two boxes of snacks and a book of labels that I was supposed to receive before the start of the school year on September 4!

The labels are nice, but the crèche pack with the non-iron-on labels isn't great. The labels come off after only two washes.

Beautiful bottle, easy to customize and was shipped quickly. The cap is a little difficult to open and close, so we always have to open the bottle for our child. Otherwise great.

Beautiful that you can customize everything you need for kindergarten with the same theme. Beautiful themes, carefully done in colors and images. Great fabrics and good quality printing of the figures. Adhesive labels are very good and do not come off, also very good thermo-adhesive ones that are also easy to apply and very resistant to machine washing. The water bottle made of excellent materials and with spout easy to use for drinking and with leak-proof seal.

Satisfied with my purchase. Practical water bottle for children (my son is 3 and uses it on his own). I had a small problem with the cap but customer service sent me one back quickly. Very practical to take everywhere.
Petit Fernand overpromises on order processing time. The website states labels are manufactured within 48 hours, shipping takes 3-10 working days. Sadly it's not the case. After contacting customer service I was sent a generic email which was a copy and paste from the website and not an answer to my enquiry. Contacted them again to be told they are experiencing delays. Why is this not mentioned on the website, during placing order or when I contacted customer service the first time. Miss leading customers, poor customer service, missing labels.
This is my second order of labels from this company. They can be personalised with font style, colour and text - great for naming children's lunchboxes, water bottles etc. The stickers dont come off in the sink or dishwasher either. I also added a snackbox which my 3 year old enjoyed designing too. The order arrived fairly quickly. Highly recommend Petit- Ferdinand products.

I love these labels. There are lots of choices of designs, colors, sizes. No shipping costs. This is already my 4th order. They're really great!
I bought a "crèche pack" on the recommendation of our crèche. The labels work perfectly. I have two small regrets: the majority of the labels are iron-on, and when you're a young mother, self-adhesive clothing labels are much more practical. I also find the labels particularly large for clothes for a 4-month-old baby starting nursery. The pack could do with a few improvements. But I have to say that all the labels stick perfectly! Whether on clothes, objects or shoes. We're delighted! Once we've used them all, we'll probably opt for a pack containing only self-adhesive labels for greater convenience and speed.
Super nothing to say
I bought for the second time two water bottles but they always have the same defect . They do not close the caps well the plastic used breaks easily. As for the part underneath of excellent quality
