Hello until today has not arrived
ORDER ARRIVED ONLY PARTIALLY AND LABELS WENT MISSING. AFTER SEVERAL EMAIL EXCHANGES IN WHICH I ASKED ABOUT THE PREPARATION OF THE ORDER OF LABELS ( TO WHICH I DID NOT ALWAYS RECEIVE A PROMPT RESPONSE)I MANAGED TO GET A RETURN. VERY LONG TIME TO SEND ORDERS AND DISORGANIZATION.
Items paid for, NEVER arrived! I contacted them by email and with their timing they replied, excusing themselves and blaming the post office but telling me they would resend my order which NEVER arrived!
I ordered some labels in September but haven't arrived. I contacted them twice but I'm receiving automatic reply to check if my address is correct. I replied to that email but haven't heard back! So no labels and with money taken! Disappointed

Super disappointed with the iron-on labels. I confidently ordered over a hundred iron-on labels and what a shame! If I follow the instructions well, the labels stick but after a few days they come off and I've just found one in the washing machine after washing the clothes at 40 degrees. The price is reasonable, but if it doesn't stick, it's useless. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
Thrown out after the first one I had left in my hand. Beautiful aesthetically but they don't hold up to washing. Mine came off right after ironing them, even before washing.
My partner ordered labels for school and after the beauty of 4 weeks they still have not arrived after sending him reminders by email..... compliments and never again....Alessio of petit fernand had replied to me....still compliments because he said the same things to my partner.... a few weeks ago....you are pathetic
Ordered in August- never received. Company claim they have resent the order twice now, funnily enough neither of those have been received and no tracking information ever provided. Now ignored my email requesting a refund!
It's been over a month since I placed the order, I still haven't received it. It seems that the problem is with the post office, you tell me that it is a problem with my address. However, I receive many packages at home and I have never had any problems. They only contact me by mail, with the delay that this entails. You could have called me on my phone to try to speed things up.
I placed an order for labels on September 27 and it is now October 12. I still haven't received the parcel and customer service hasn't replied to my e-mails. I'm really disappointed by this brand, fortunately there are more responsive competitors.

I'm very disappointed, I've ordered self-adhesive clothing labels 3 times but they don't stick. For the first order I was delighted, the labels never came off, they're still stuck despite years and washes. On the other hand, the last 2 orders have been disastrous, the labels come off in the first wash even though I always stick them on the same way. I will not use this site again.
Product of very poor quality does not hold up obliged to stick a new label after each wash .... at best some hold up 2 washes New order placed with a competitor. Too bad because I still have more than half of the order ... When I received the product, it was very nice, the labels are nice, the presentation is nice, but that's about it. I wouldn't recommend unless you have time to waste.
We ordered a personalized water bottle which, on receipt, seemed to be of good quality for the body of the object (material, printing) but less so for the plastic cap (hard to open, not very practical for a 4 year old, not very sturdy)... and indeed the cap broke after just a few days. So we e-mailed customer service without success. We found a telephone on the Internet but no answer, it rang in the void and we were not called back. None of our emails (3 in 1 month) have been answered. Deplorable. Very unhappy. IF they read this email and do their job... it's never too late.

In itself a great idea with the stickers. I wanted to give them a try. Unfortunately I haven't received my order yet, it's been ages. Despite email, nothing! Too bad.... Therefore only one star And paid by Paypal
I never received the goods. They did not bother to inform me when it was on its way or bother to find out if it had arrived. Since then, however, they have been sending me continuous promotional e-mails, it almost seems as if I paid to receive advertising instead of labels.
Lousy customer service, it took me almost a month to arrive and no one answered my emails asking for a solution. I will not buy again
I ordered a customised item in late August. Petit-Fernand chose to use a local post office service to deliver the item (without my being able to choose a n alternative delivery option such as DHL). The item was NEVER received by us as it was stuck with that local post service who (at their fault) did not allow us to collect the item, and the item was later returned to Petit Fernand. It was not due to our fault, our delivery address etc are all correct. I emailed Petit Fernand at least three times in the past one month to see what can be done, eg re-sending the item or refunding me as we NEVER received the item we paid for. There was absolutely ZERO response from Petit Fernand, they took my payment and didn't deliver the item. It is utterly unacceptable. Don't buy from this company. Their customer service is non existent once you have paid. If I can give a zero star instead of one star, I would absolutely do so.

Never received the order. To the numerous emails sent they reply with a preset text reporting that the shipment is not tracked, so they are unable to report what happened to the package and to wait. I have waited long enough, I would say. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal and opened a dispute to receive a refund.

Order placed at the beginning of September, invoiced on 05/09. Email sent on 21/09 to say I still hadn't received anything...To date still no reply or labels!
I have used the service for a couple of years. The labels are very nice, although the thermoadhesive ones tend in some cases to come off if you use the dryer. The wait time for delivery has always been quite long, but this year, after placing my order on Sept. 3 and paying in advance, nothing has arrived. I wrote to customer service asking for a refund: I was simply told that for them the order had departed regularly. After a second reminder e-mail I received no response so I would advise against the purchase, especially for the lack of attention to customer problems, not to mention the impropriety of not getting a refund. Very bad service.
After more than 20 days waiting for my order to arrive, which I needed, and it did not arrive, I call to see what is happening and the answer is that the delivery people must have lost it, that they will send it to me again if I want it but I have to wait again for the stipulated time.
