The labels are very pretty and the delivery time very fast, but the big HIC is that the labels are very, very hard to remove and stick on.

I ordered the labels a month ago today and still have not received them. On the web it said that it took 48 hours to manufacture them, after 6 days they sent me an email saying that my order had been shipped but they did not arrive. I complained and they told me that they were going to send me others but they have not arrived either. The shipments are sent by ordinary mail without any tracking. On February 12, customer service contacted me and processed the return. The labels arrived on February 16.

I am very satisfied with the service! I had received labels that didn't stick well to the items, customer service promptly contacted me and sent me 10 labels for each type I had ordered, I haven't used them yet honestly, but I'm happy either way how they took care of me customer who has been buying their products for years! Stra recommend for sure!

I think the stickers for clothes are great for spontaneously marking things. They stick really well and machine washing is no problem.

Very good site. I have been ordering from them for years and have always been well served. The stickers are great. My kids wear them on all their school clothes and after a thousand washes they are as good as new. They don't peel off, they don't lose the color ...

I can't give you my opinion because we still haven't received the labels... we had to order some urgently from another site.

I ordered because it said dispatched within 48 hours. Order took more then 2 days to be dispatched and delivery time was ridiculously long. Took nearly 4 weeks to get my order!

I have purchased both adhesive and thermo-adhesive clothing labels, I am very satisfied with both. Beautiful designs and many fonts to create your own writing! I had a hiccup with delivery through Italian post but Petit Fernand's customer service supported me and resolved the issue. Highly recommended!
