The first time I didn't receive it but they sent it back to my mother and everything was perfect, thanks.
In addition to the quality of the product, they solved an incident that occurred with the order immediately, resending a lost order shortly after contacting their customer service. I already have my order and, although it took a while because of the incident, I am very happy with it and, without a doubt, I will continue to recommend these products to my family and friends.
Positive: I loved the products I bought, both the lunch box and the stickers! Negative: it took too long from my point of view to get the order at home!!!

I ordered labels for both my children from this company, one set of the iron on ones and the other the sticker ones. Mine actually arrived after seeing so many comments that theirs didn't and there were no response from the company, so I was pleased! Here's where it became a waste of moneyÂ…The sticker ones were practically pointless after a hour, peeling off bottles/clothing- may aswell used a sticker out of a sticker book! The iron on ones seemed very sturdy once applied so I was a bit more hopeful for them, unfortunately after 1 wash they are all falling off. Please save your money and don't use this company and fall for their colourful advertising with false positive reviews- they are also deleting all the negative reviews!
The customer service was very helpful and accommodating. My order did not arrive on time and they did not hesitate to send a new one asap. The product is of good quality as well. I was actually impressed as to how it looked like when it arrived, looked very professionally done.

These are easy to customise and of great quality! No ironing or sewing just peel and stick on, stuck in place wash after wash! Perfect. Plus they work on bottles, bags, wellies, socks, shoes the lot! I used to use a sharpie to write on the label and it was fine but some washed off and when it came to passing items on it wasn't great. These are a great alternative, I'll be using them FOREVER!

I can confidently recommend the stickers, which are hard-wearing on many surfaces, fun, and the kids are very happy. This is the second year I've ordered them, and they're very good. Due to a postal error, I did not receive the order. The team is very nice and responds quickly to messages. They offered me a refund or to return my order. I chose to return my order and then, due to the postal error, I received two envelopes. I wrote that I wanted to pay whatever was extra, and they offered me a gift. Thank you, C-MonEtiquette

Fantastic labels. I got the stick on clothing ones. So far they have been washed several times (including tumble) and they're like new! So impressed. My son loves them too, so cute. Customer services were also brilliant with our order- got back to me so quickly about a query and handled it very well. I will be buying again.
