Ease of creating labels and speed of delivery
The item arrived on time, having chosen two-day shipping. I am very pleased with the lunch box, it is a quality item and my son really enjoyed it. The labels are good, they seem to hold after washing although clearly sewn on they will have a better hold. I am very satisfied!

The processing time was 5 working days instead of 48 hours! Delivery time by post one week within Germany! After a long wait, the stickers were much smaller than pictured/imagined. Conclusion: better to print them out yourself at DM or rossmann

They have taken a little while to arrive, I chose the post office as the shipping method, I think they would not have taken so long if I chose another method. So, if you want them very fast do not choose the post office, for whatever reason some people get them fast and others do not. For my next order I already know. As for customer service they are also excellent, they answer right away and the treatment is very friendly. I hesitated, because they did not arrive quickly, but I was wrong. Delivery too long. I really thought about sending my order back because I had to buy other stickers for the start of school.
Until the order was completed on the site everything was perfect. Then in the shipping status it kept saying DELIVERED PRIORITY MAIL which is not clear whether it was delivered to the shipping service or to the user. Attempts made to get a response were all null and void....
