It's really simple and practical, and above all very quick for marking things, I've saved an incredible amount of time. I prefer stick-on labels to iron-on ones, but it's still great. The prices are right.

I initially left a poor review as I found the sticker labels came off in a 30 degree wash. Petit-Fernand reached out to me to contact them and they let me know they passed the information on to their production department. They have also said they will resend my order to me. Very happy with their customer service and rectifying the issue.

Very long delivery time! Labels don't hold really well compared to other manufacturers. However, my children like the design.
This time we ordered stickers for clothes to put the name on the labels because sometimes it is more practical than the thermo-adhesive ones. I've put several and I've washed the clothes and they don't come off. I find them very practical for when you are in a hurry. I will use them more than the others for sure.

I bought a couple of packs of stick on labels. Some have stayed on but mostly the stickers end up coming off in the wash. I reapplied and followed instructions but still they come off Received a reply regarding this - thank you. However the refund mentioned has not been received.

The labels for objects are great, but the sticky labels for clothes aren't so great - they come off in the washing machine, even though I follow the instructions.

Wide choice of name tags, allowing very customable backgrounds and text fonts. Kids love them. A bit pricey but having to admit that they have not come off in 2 years of weekly washing at 30C. So overall good quality tags

A little disappointed !!! This personalized snack box was to be a Christmas gift for a 4 year old, the box is small, does not look very solid But it seems suitable for a child, to see in time !!! I asked for a personalized note inside, so I paid a little more on purpose, but when I opened it, no note! It's not the first time either !!!!
I have ordered clothing stickers a few times now and everything has arrived and to my satisfaction they can withstand many machine washes. The shipping is sometimes quite long, but considering that they come from France by letter, that's ok. I also think the price is great. I hope the quality and price stay as they are and I will remain your customer for a long time.
