Fast delivery and product meets expectations. Too bad about the mini labels that are complicated to detach from the blister and get wasted, on the pencils then after a short time they come off easily. Disliked the email with discount code arrived immediately after completing and submitting an order. Overall however I recommend it.

The order arrived very late, almost 30 days later. I'm just complaining because I needed them when I placed the order calculating that they would arrive in 10 days as they said on the website. I have already seen the stickers, they are fine. Regards.

Item not suitable for children under 2 years old. Too difficult for them to open and turn the spout to let the water out. I will save the water bottle for when they are older.

The products purchased are excellent in workmanship and durability. Unfortunately, however, I must report that it is not possible to track the package from the time of notification of shipment. I purchased wooden backpack pendants and after 10 days from the shipping confirmation email they are still waiting.

Very fragile water bottle stopper, it broke after a week! I'm very disappointed

Very disappointed by the quality of the labels. I stuck them on and they lasted 2 to 3 washes and then they started to peel off. The first test order I placed had no problems. Now I've ordered a hundred and most of them do the same to me. Very disappointed

The iron-on labels don't stick, even when I follow the instructions. I'm disappointed. Two washes and they're gone.

Ordered on Monday, I paid 9euros for postage to have it via chronopost within 24 or 48 hours and I only received them on Friday.

The delivery was little long but the stickers were cute and strong!

I ordered 3 types of labels for three nephews who are not siblings and they all arrived stapled together.

The labels are very good but the delivery time is 10 days, not practical to be ready for back to school!

Even if I follow the instructions correctly, the thermoadhesive labels tend to come off

The labels are beautiful, beautifully made...but the thermo-adhesive ones come off, I don't know why, yet I followed the instructions

Many of the labels are unhooking.... are iron-on and are stuck on the fabrics you recommend... not very happy.

The small labels don't come off well...several crumpled up and were unusable.... Too bad

I wanted to order labels for my son from a website different than Amazon but I have to say I'm quite disappointed. The letters of the label are ridiculously tiny which makes them unusable. They are cute so they make effort with the patterns but I won't use them again.

Unfortunately, I had hoped for more. I have the labels for sticking as well as for ironing clothes and after washing they are usually in the washing machine and no longer on the clothes. Unfortunately a great pity

Badly cut late delivery customer service response time too long

I had been told it would arrive on a specific date and it didn't, and I needed it by the date I was told.

The products are not delivered in 48 hours as the site indicates. So I didn't receive my products on the expected date. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness after my complaint.

Very long delivery time

They arrived very very late 12 days of shipping, the eyiqietas are. Nice and they are fine.

Very pretty labels, but the label doesn't hold up to the first wash.

I don't give one star because I had done well in the past but as of today I'm waiting for an order placed in July, it's September and it hasn't arrived yet. Sent email, they replied that they would resend the order but nothing, it hasn't arrived. I am giving up on it. *Finally about 20 days after my review I received the order. The support was there and always updated me on developments; despite this from 2 stars I am going to 3 and no more because in the meantime I had to buy the labels from another company and it was an inconvenience.

Sadly this time I never received the order, I have contacted their customer services several times and never hear back! All I get are reminders to review so here is my review… Normally the products from Petite Ferdinand are so great, very good quality, I've literally not hard to replace the labels on school uniform until they grow out of that size! The labels arrive in a handy booklet so are never lost, they wash/iron perfectly. The lunch box and bottle I purchased last year were also great quality, I have also purchased these for my Grandma who is in a care home so also needs labels. I'm just really disappointed this time as the labels never arrived and they never responded to my emails regarding this.

Comfortable and very beautiful labels but the delivery time is too long.

Unfortunately very slow delivery time

Everything was perfect, except for the lid on my daughter's water bottle. That one was slightly dented and the little spout is really hard to lift. There must be something wrong with it, because my son's opens very well. Could you please send me a lid? Best regards

Arrived too late

After one wash they have degraded quite a bit, I doubt they will last more than 5 washes.
