Perfect order, next year I will order again for school.

Perfect! Fast and careful delivery, top products, attractive prices!

Quick, always get a reminder before new school year to order new ones. I've let my son design his own this year. We was so excited. I've used them since he was in preschool. Now in Upper Ks. Though this year for the first time some have lifted. All previous years they have looked just as good at the end of the year, as they did at the start. Also ordered some for my daughter, so was lovely to do girlie patterns as well as all the boys. Ready for her starting preschool.

Nice but still expensive for labels. Over time, we'll have to see how well they hold up on the items to which they're stuck.

Good quality labels that hold really well (on clothes and objects). Delivery time this time was longer than usual (delivery abroad, from order to receipt 10 to 15 days).

As i was late for the start of the school year, i ordered the labels with an extra charge for express delivery in 48 hours! the deadline was met.

Initially, I received another person's labels due to a shipping error. The customer service team responded quickly and offered me a solution that would enable me to receive new labels on time. Claim on August 30, express dispatch on the 31st for receipt on September 1. Despite this, delivery arrived on September 4 (delayed by Chronopost to the 2nd and then to the 4th due to logistical problems...).

No complaints about the products, as expected

Impeccable label quality and fast delivery

Great designs process. Stickers arrive in a lovely book! Fast dispatch and delivery. Most importantly the stickers stay put (even after so many washes).

I have been using these sticker sets for 9 years and they are the best!

Possibly because the order was placed during the summer vacations, the post office was later than expected in the delivery. The order had not been left in the mailbox. I contacted Petit-Fernand.es and they told me not to worry at all, that they were re-releasing the labels and would get them to me free of charge (unless I received them in a couple of days, in which case they asked me to call back to cancel the re-release). The next day I received the order in my mailbox so I contacted Petit-Fernand.es again to let them know so they wouldn't have to reprint them. I thought that was wonderful and it makes me value the customer service very positively. The only drawback was the cost of the calls, which were premium rate calls.

The iron-on labels unfortunately do not last long ..5-10 washes
