These are great! they last wash after wash a whole school year and beyond! used several times in primary when my kids were much younger! Now a returning customer for a son who's started a massive secondary school and lost so many clothing items well not anymore all clothes labeled up and returning is easy can have a totally plain design for the older child or even adult! i bulk bought on the offers should see him through secondary school

I placed an order for labels with 950 for delivery in 24 hours. The order was shipped on Friday, but it's Tuesday evening and I still haven't received anything. I would like a refund.

I contacted the company to inform them of a registration error on the gourd I had received. As the mistake was mine, the gourd was exceptionally re-sent to me with the desired inscription at no extra cost to me. My warmest thanks for this.

Lunch box quality not satisfactory. I love labels, and have ordered several other products, but today, for the first time, I was disappointed. The lunch box is not printed (like the mugs for example) but a simple sticker is applied to the lid (with bubbles as well). I wouldn't dare put it in the dishwasher.

The labels are durable and of very good quality, plus they are super beautiful. I would like to have more options in terms of figures for children.

I used iron-on labels and I'm delighted with the result. I used to have an ink pad with my daughter's name on it, but it was a real pain, it didn't mark well on all the different types of fabric, it was messy. In short, I couldn't take it anymore. These iron-on labels are the best solution for marking children's clothes. They hold really well, and the lettering doesn't change, so you can see what's written, and that's the main thing!

Good quality item and very short lead time

I received my 2 beautiful water bottles, one had a small problem during the trip, the cap was damaged but the after-sales service quickly resolved the problem by sending me a new one right away. I'm delighted with my water bottles, and so are my daughters. They're practical, very pretty and personalised. Thank you for your efficiency I recommend x10

The stickers are very resistant. Both the self-adhesive and the thermo-adhesive ones. I repeat every season. It is the brand I like the most. Keep in mind that they are tiny and take about two weeks to arrive (regular mail from France).
