Arrived after 22/11/2023 which was the last date for delivery. They were favor tags for a baptism on 11/26/2023 and arrived to me on 11/29/2023. I am updating the review because the customer service was truly invaluable, reimbursing me and of unique kindness despite the fact that the disservice was not directly their fault, which is why I give 5 stars.

I recommended them after trying them out last year, because the labels are colorful, super-customizable and machine-resistant. It's a shame there aren't more à la carte packages with a choice of self-adhesive labels for clothes and shoes without iron-on, for example, or for clothes and objects, because in the end I didn't need half of the kindergarten and nursery pack and had to recommend clothes labels. It's a pity you don't make the colored gourds anymore, they were great!

I've already ordered from this site several times and have never been disappointed! I had a problem with my last order, it wasn't delivered, and after contacting support, they offered me a refund or to send my order. They sent me the order again, this time with tracking, and it arrived safely this time! Very friendly and competent! I highly recommend them!
The labels are lovely but they don't stay on the clothes. It may be I made a mistake in ironing them (although I followed the instructions well), but the result is bad they all came off.

The product is beautiful but from the first day the stopper broke. My son dropped the bottle (he's young) and the cap broke off.
The stick on labels are excellent and stay on clothes after every wash. I've used these now several times and definitely recommend them for all school items.
