Overall positive experience, shipping was fast and the parcel well protected. However, no telephone response when I try to call customer service, promotional offers that regularly arrive just after I've placed an order, games to get discounts that don't work or don't work any more. It's a shame about that.

I love the stickers, they have a great design and are very practical in their format and readability for the little ones. On the other hand, it would be nice if they were delivered in an airtight envelope, because with the current rain, the labels got soaked. That doesn't prevent it from being functional, but the whole notebook is warping :(.

To 30.11: I was contacted by customer service who returned a bottle and the two caps very quickly. THANK YOU SO MUCH, but I stand by my opinion that the caps are very difficult to close. This was not the case with my first purchase a few years ago. 31.10 I bought 2 personalized bottles. The 2 have trouble closing at the cap and on 1 of the 2 the personalization is not done correctly and does not hold in some places and this from the 1st day. I had already bought one a few years ago and was happy with it at the time. Now I'm disappointed
