Good quality! Delivery took a while.

I have still not received the labels I ordered. When I ask, I only get an answer in another language! What a pity

To date my order has not been received and if it is, it is only answered in another language! Never again

Delighted with my labels! My first order never arrived. So I called and they sent the labels back, which I promptly received! Very friendly customer service!

Well, first I placed an order and it never arrived. I had to write saying that it had not arrived. They gave me two solutions. Send it again or refund. I asked them to send it again and this time it has arrived. But I don't understand why the first one didn't arrive.

I have been using Petit-Fernand for years now. The variety they offer is great, I always find something cute that I like. And they stay on my daughter's clothes/shoes/water bottle and we put them on everything! My stickers always arrive on time and with great quality. I would recommend this company and their product.

Customer 'affectivity must be built day by day, keeping it unchanged over time. Kudos for your perseverance and capacity for renewal!

The products are excellent: the labels stay stuck for a long time, even after several washes, the designs are great - we've just bought a gourd for our daughter: now she only drinks from this gourd 🙂 Mersi for your creation and for the good quality!

After the first shipment was lost in the post, sav reacted and remanufactured my order the next day, received in a few days and impeccable as usual, solid stickers that stick strongly. I've been ordering for 3 years now, never disappointed.

I've been ordering from Petit Fernand for some years. Their labels are the best I've tried (and having 2 children I've tried many over the years). Labels have never fallen off clothes or faded despite being laundered at 60•C My recent order went missing in the post and when I contacted the company they were happy to replace or refund! Superb customer service and I would highly recommend!

Good value for money. I order them regularly for the whole family (parents and children). The self-adhesive labels stand up well to washing and there's a choice of writing and colors. completely satisfied.

The labels look great and do what they promise. Our older son has had a label on his jacket for 3 years. Fast shipping. I will definitely order again and again.

Several adapted packs that my child was able to create with his colors and character! Following the order, delivery and receipt were very quick! Everything was perfect, although the only negative point was the rather high price.

I've never had any complaints. Every year I order labels to stick on clothes. And they are very good quality. They stand up well to washing and drying.

This is the second time I've ordered, everything is great! Simple order - fast delivery - easy to implement!

Unfortunately I am not so satisfied, I have already had to scrape several out of my washing drum or they have come off and stuck to other items of clothing. I'm a bit disappointed

I placed my 4th order and I'm still just as satisfied (personalized gourd, personalized pouches, labels and label packs). Quality products, wide choice of personalization and fast shipping. Just great!

We prefer thicker labels but recently they seem thinner. We would prefer more fonts and better legibility. More designs would also be appreciated. We only buy when they offer discounts.

I really like the concept. Too bad there aren't more sales of spare parts. Buying a new bottle because the cap on your old one broke is expensive.

Great stickers but delivery time was very long.

I thought that the clothing/shoe labels would have a fabric finish and not be laminated. I don't find that very pleasant, but on top of that, some of them have already come unstuck... I'm pretty disappointed...
