They are of good quality and very nice

I find the labels qualitative, but when you take the kindergarten pack it's quite fair in terms of material labels and also in primary school. Especially the thin labels. Otherwise, for primary school too, it's perfect. Very happy with my order. Thank you very much. Just when the postage is free, the wait for the package is very long, more than a week. Otherwise, the background colors and fonts are clear and colorful, which is good.

Very good product, beautiful and easy to use. The clothing labels, both thermo-adhesive and with glue, have neither come off nor ruined, even with the passage in the dryer.

Incident in the shipment, if I do not claim it I would still be waiting. Given the error could track the same or express shipping.

Fast delivery and perfect labels

The thermoadhesive labels that were sent to me were faded and poorly printed, with poorly defined outlines and blurry designs. I wrote two emails to customer service and they replied with an automated message that did not respond to my problem, then they did not respond again. I also tried to contact them through the IG page, same result. I am very disappointed. I will not buy again.

All perfect the third time I take them after 3 years the labels are still attached well after I put them in the washer and dryer

Excellent quality

The order arrived very late, so much so that I had to order other labels online for my children's back to school because they did not arrive on time. I had ordered other years but this year the shipping was terrible. I had to spend double money.

I made an order and unfortunately it never arrived.... after I made my complaint to customer service, 24 hours later I was offered to return my order or refund me. I chose the 1st solution and 5 days later I received my parcel. Thank you for your responsiveness, your professionalism and the quality of the labels. Thank you very much.

Labels resistant to many washes, with well-defined designs and lettering.

Firstly, I hadn't received the e produtos and complained. The customer service team immediately came to ask me what had happened and suggested a solution. In the end, I did receive my order and I'm particularly pleased with the way the problem was handled. It would be nice if the website had a field to inform users when we haven't received the product so that we don't have to come and give a review in public as a first alternative.

I'm very happy with the products. It's a pity that the wooden binder labels don't have more gender-neutral designs.

In fact, my labels were sent to someone else! Fortunately, the person who received them had the good sense to send me an SMS to let me know (my number was written on the labels!) and was kind enough to send them to me by post. All's well that ends well, but I don't know what happened on your side to make my order end up with someone else...

Good fit and fast delivery

Ordered some labels at the end of August for the start of school, the delivery was marked as delivered but I did not receive. I messaged the Facebook page and was dealt with quickly and given the option of a refund or for them to be sent again, I chose for them to be sent again and they have just arrived. Even though there was a delay the communication was excellent and I received them in the end. Thank you!

I'm really pleased with my order and customer service! The postal service did not deliver my parcel and sent it back. The customer service person immediately responded to my request and sent my parcel back to me. The labels are of very good quality, as is the gourd, which my son immediately adopted. I've been using the labels for my daughter for a few years now, since kindergarten, and the product is really good! from the thermo-adhesive clothing labels, to the object labels, they have never come off, neither in the washing machine nor in the dishwasher. Great, I will continue to use them!
