I wasn't satisfied with the iron-on labels for clothes, most of them came off. On the other hand, the ones for shoes are very good, strong and pretty.

Hi I have always purchased On this site. this time the labels were of LOW quality as they went off the clothes on the first wash in the washing machine Clearly I followed the same process when ironing That I used to follow in the past but nevertheless they came off immediately

I received, with delay, a wrong order . After pointing out the problem I received my order but further delay so now, having already otherwise labeled the items, it is no longer useful to me. All without any refund for the mishap. Sorry I had also advertised with friends the site, I will not repeat the experience.

Following an order placed on August 31, I never received the goods I paid for! I wrote to ask for explanations but no one seems to know anything! I will never buy anything on this site again , too bad because I have always found myself well!

The order was sent to an old address on my file that I haven't used in 4 years. Fortunately a former neighbor was kind enough to get it to me, otherwise I would have lost the order.

Delay in the delivery of the order. There was no compensation of any kind for this.

The material is not good, the clothing tags come off, and the water bottle cap broke right away. There is no phone number to call and ask for assistance

I placed the order a full three weeks ago and still what I had purchased has not arrived.

Obviously I had to make other arrangements, order never arrived and there is no refund, no tracking..they could tell you anything and a standard email with "we're sorry..but your business..." Basically... Lousy. Do not order!!!

Customer service blocked me on messenger because I'm not happy with my last delivery. The labels are coming off. I ordered because I was very happy last year, and I still have the labels in place.
