The order was sent to an old address on my file that I haven't used in 4 years. Fortunately a former neighbor was kind enough to get it to me, otherwise I would have lost the order.
Delay in the delivery of the order. There was no compensation of any kind for this.
The material is not good, the clothing tags come off, and the water bottle cap broke right away. There is no phone number to call and ask for assistance
I never received the order and no one responds to Customer Service!
I am still waiting for two months for the stickers. I am very pissed off because I send messages and they don't even answer me.
Order never arrived. As well as a response to my emails. Nor even a refund.
I placed the order a full three weeks ago and still what I had purchased has not arrived.
Obviously I had to make other arrangements, order never arrived and there is no refund, no tracking..they could tell you anything and a standard email with "we're sorry..but your business..." Basically... Lousy. Do not order!!!
I have not received my order. They are very slow, they take more than 10 days to arrive. My son started school in September and I still don't have the product. This is the second time this has happened to me.

Customer service blocked me on messenger because I'm not happy with my last delivery. The labels are coming off. I ordered because I was very happy last year, and I still have the labels in place. They haven't moved despite washing (especially the one on my son's comforter, which has held for 1 year).

I did not receive half of an also important order after almost a month, I requested information. They responded to me ONLY after a negative review here, The response was an email asking me to confirm that I received the goods I did not receive, to my trying to get in touch we go through the service again which puts me in the queue in the emails and they did not give me the opportunity to call anyone... mah

Because I can't give it 0 they all clear at the first wash I put a new one on again and in the wash it clears again a disappointment and waste of money.

I ordered custom labels (very nice) on September 3, they were shipped a few days later but two weeks later they still have not been delivered to my address. Certainly the problem is with the postal service, but I cannot assign a higher rating....
