I, too, must join the large group of people who have paid for their order (custom thermal water bottle) and shipping (6euros!!!) and have yet to receive anything. When on the site it says shipping in 48 hours and traceable for all orders other than labels. Embarrassing is putting it mildly. Deceptive is certainly more correct. Never again. Update: I received the package. Delayed and with no possibility of tracking. It might be time to change the communication on the site which is misleading in this way. However, the quality of what I received is very good.

The thermoadhesive labels peel off after a few washes. The rest of the labels are very good

Last year I ordered and everything went well. But not this year. I ordered labels on 25/08/21 and a week later I hadn't received anything. I had to call to find out what was going on. The lady only told me "we recommend your labels". Not a word of apology, especially as I was expecting the labels for the start of the school year and didn't get them.

Poor quality for the price, small bags do not fit sheets or change of clothes.

Good afternoon, I ordered stickers for clothes and others for objects with two names. The ones for clothes by mistake had the same name and we have not been able to use it for Maria, my other daughter. Every year I ask you for the back to school but this year it has been a pain not being able to mark the clothes of one of them. With this opinion I have been answered that I had requested it wrong, which is not true. I don't buy anymore, an apology would have been enough. Thank you and best regards

I'm happy with the result, it's what was ordered but I didn't have the greaseproof paper that was supposed to be supplied and I see that the garment label has to be stuck on the existing size or detergent label (where it's not visible at all or the label is too small), I wanted to highlight them on the inside of the fabric, I hope it will hold after the washing.

Doesn't hold up in the dryer, nice label but doesn't hold up on all clothes. Yet I stick on the size labels as indicated in the instructions. 3 stars for the design, fast delivery, nice packagin but not really what I wanted.

Not as great as advertised. Sadly the labels don't stay on cloths when ironed on! 🙁 A real disappointment! Mrs Curtis.

I'd like much smaller labels. They're beautiful, but it's not always possible to use them because of their size.

Well received on time, the colors are pretty and faithful to the site. Shame about the cut-outs which are not centred and therefore overflow onto the white paper.... big defect on 2 pages. Otherwise, I'm satisfied overall.

I am satisfied with the product but not with the service The day after my order I received a discount code thank you but it was too late.

I bought your product last year and it worked very well! especially the iron-on labels for clothes. I bought them again this year but it's like the labels are different. it's only been 2 weeks and most of the labels are coming off or have already fallen off. But I have last year's clothes with the tags still intact. I'm not impressed because now I have to find another way to label my son's clothes.

I placed the order on August 16th as a new mother to have everything ready for the first day of school and my order was lost. When I saw that the deadline they have established had passed, I contacted them via email and I have to say, they answered me immediately and gave me the tracking number and I was able to contact the post office to inform me of the status of my order. Petit Fernand, after checking that the order had no movement and not knowing where it is, they told me that they would reship it and luckily this time everything went great. It was a logistical problem but as the first time I place an order with them, they did not meet my needs when I needed them and that is the reason for my valuation. But I also have to add that they were attentive during the incident, and fast in the second shipment. I received what I expected.

Labels don't stick, peel off in first wash.

I placed the ordije on August 29, it still has not arrived. I have private to write several times to the customer office and all I get is a reply email with a preset message telling me to wait until today... no word on where the package is nor if it will ever arrive and it would seem I cannot ask for a refund because precisely the reply message is u preset in which no requested information is given. Very disappointing service.

Ordered and received quickly But disappointed with the labels to do with the iron it does not hold first wash and there are more.

The labels are very pretty but after 1st wash after minimum 5 days after installation . After washing no more labels very very disappointed

The labels arrived on time and are exactly as I ordered them. Very nice and cool. One important "but". When buying is not informed (or if it is done is in too small print or in not visible place) that the labels have to be put on the garment label itself, not on the clothes, which are then peeled off. You only know this when you get them because it comes in the instructions. And that is a problem, if I had known that, maybe I would not have bought them or I would have bought others. They have to inform better on that point, which is essential. Be clearer. Thank you!

I am waiting for the order placed at the end of August. I gave it 2 stars because customer service got back to me, but I haven't heard back yet.

The 30 pieces were glued too tightly, I could only peel them with a knife.

Very nice labels and arrived very quickly at home. Personally, I am not fully satisfied with the ones for clothes because, on the first wash in the delicate washing machine at 30° (put in the mesh) they came off partially or totally. The labels for objects and shoes,on the other hand, fully satisfied me.

Merchandise did not arrive on time. Shipping information non-existent and incorrect. Absolutely mediocre products, nothing much for the price they are priced. I do not recommend

Very nice labels. Received in advance but unfortunately more than half of them do not stick properly on clothes and shoes. Too bad.

We bought the crib pack and after just one wash the labels came off. Yet we followed the application instructions to the letter. Very disappointed!

Fatal. It took a thousand years to arrive. My fault I only looked at the 48 hour delivery and didn't look at the fine print that the post office can (and does) take 10 days! Other than that, very cute design but the iron-on stickers have started to lift off in 1 week (and I wash in cold water and don't use a dryer). The good thing, customer service.

I ordered some labels and stickers 9 days ago, after charging 6 for shipping I didn't expect it to take so long, disappointing....

I have been buying here for years and never had any problems but this year I was disappointed with how they solved an error that was not caused by me. Some labels were left behind, I claimed them very quickly indicating that I needed them urgently and when it took days and I had not received them, I returned to claim them, which was my surprise that they were still unmade, I indicated that I no longer wanted them that they did not make them and I got my money back. The answer was that nothing could be done, they were already working on it.

I couldn't find the size for the pens and they're already peeling off, I'm disappointed!

Hello too much time for delivery

Extremely long delivery times, and a 15% promotional offer announced 2 days after my order. If I had known it would take so long and that the products would arrive too late, I would have waited to order. Disappointed

I paid an express rate and received the parcel late.

I've been ordering the same items for several years now, and I've always been delighted! This year, I'm really disappointed, firstly with the quality of the adhesive and secondly with the colors, which are much more opposite with a huge lack of contrast, which means that the name is much less visible... shame!

Hello I wrote to you on the day I received the goods, i.e. September 3rd, to point out a problem. The staples binding all the pages have been placed on the 1st column of the labels. As a result, the labels are unusable because they tear when you try to remove them. Following my complaint of September 3, I have had no response from you. Cdt

I'm so sad! I had such high hopes. The ordering process was incredibly straightforward and dispatch was swift. No faults there at all. Unfortunately, despite following the instructions entirely, I have a washing machine full of labels and now clothes that are without names. Back to sewing it is!
