I received my delivery after 7 days even though I had paid 10 for express delivery. Don't forget that there are 48 h00 delivery and weekends. I was a day late. So not serious.

Overall positive experience, shipping was fast and the parcel well protected. However, no telephone response when I try to call customer service, promotional offers that regularly arrive just after I've placed an order, games to get discounts that don't work or don't work any more. It's a shame about that.

This is the third time I have bought your products and I have never received them quickly, but this time they have taken 17 days to arrive. I consider this an excessively long time.

Very pretty and good quality. I take off one star because the flower motifs are cut and do not appear entirely on the label, which is a shame.

Beautiful strong labels. So far very happy with them.

Barely 2 months after receiving the gourd, the stopper no longer holds, no longer closes or opens normally. I contacted customer service and they refused to replace the faulty product. Strangely enough, they sell the spare part separately, which suggests that they are aware of the design defect.

I love the stickers, they have a great design and are very practical in their format and readability for the little ones. On the other hand, it would be nice if they were delivered in an airtight envelope, because with the current rain, the labels got soaked. That doesn't prevent it from being functional, but the whole notebook is warping :(.

Disappointed. I bought too quickly. I didn't realize that the labels would stick to the labels on the clothes. My children have sensitive skin. I cut all the labels off their clothes. I wanted iron-on labels on the fabric.
