I'm still waiting for my labels which were sent 2 weeks ago and which I really need for my dad in Ehpad.

Excellent product

I'm very happy with the products. It's a pity that the wooden binder labels don't have more gender-neutral designs.

In fact, my labels were sent to someone else! Fortunately, the person who received them had the good sense to send me an SMS to let me know (my number was written on the labels!) and was kind enough to send them to me by post. All's well that ends well, but I don't know what happened on your side to make my order end up with someone else...

Good fit and fast delivery

Ordered some labels at the end of August for the start of school, the delivery was marked as delivered but I did not receive. I messaged the Facebook page and was dealt with quickly and given the option of a refund or for them to be sent again, I chose for them to be sent again and they have just arrived. Even though there was a delay the communication was excellent and I received them in the end. Thank you!

I'm really pleased with my order and customer service! The postal service did not deliver my parcel and sent it back. The customer service person immediately responded to my request and sent my parcel back to me. The labels are of very good quality, as is the gourd, which my son immediately adopted. I've been using the labels for my daughter for a few years now, since kindergarten, and the product is really good! from the thermo-adhesive clothing labels, to the object labels, they have never come off, neither in the washing machine nor in the dishwasher. Great, I will continue to use them!

The stickers are very beautiful, there is a lot of choice to personalize the labels which are not only beautiful but also very functional. They adhere well to fabrics and objects

All good, although I don't like that they send it by regular mail. You are not sure if and when it will arrive.

My daughter loves to design the stickers herself. We are very pleased and my daughter is always so happy when they finally arrive in the post box so that she can finally label her pens etc.

The service is excellent but unfortunately I can't say the same about the delivery. I asked for delivery within 24 hours, so I paid the extra charge and received the labels 5 days later. Which is a pity because I didn't have any more to read...

Excellent labels

I really like the products on offer, especially the packs (nursery, kindergarten, etc.), which are super efficient and very practical! The quality is spot on! Express delivery took more than a day, but that's no big deal.

I always order with you for my kids, this time I also ordered something for a friend - so the names in teh order were obviously different. But you put them all in one booklet, so for the present of my friend it looked a bit weird.
