I did not receive my completed order

Really useful and beautiful thermo stickers! Resistant to several washings,stuck on my son's towels. Great purchase, would definitely recommend!

The products are quality,I find them great,useful for every need. I am very satisfied and punctually purchase what I need. The thermoadhesive labels hold up well to washing,and the adhesive labels hold up great.

I loved the labels for their quality and color. They are very well priced and come in a good quantity. I don't give them 5 stars because for my taste they took too long to arrive.

As always, very fast production and delivery. Ordered on Monday and received on Thursday for a personalized product. Nothing more to say about the products, as usual, the quality is there!

It's the first time I ordered I hesitated but satisfied 100%.

UPDATE: Very good responsiveness from C Mon étiquette, I'm raising the rating to 4 stars because customer service was efficient in dealing with my problem. I bought 2 water bottle stoppers and both are having trouble closing. My 7-year-old son, and us adults, are also having trouble. It's bad enough that the cap isn't solid (I bought replacement caps, the first one broke after 6 weeks), but if on top of that it's difficult to use, I'm disappointed...

Quality products, exceptional customer service, unfortunately not always in stock so delivery sometimes takes a long time. A pity.

Very fast delivery. Labels as described and, above all, very practical and machine-washable for the self-adhesive labels to be stuck directly onto clothing labels. A real time-saver for children's clothes 🙂 The personalized products (snack boxes and insulated water bottles) are also of high quality and made in France, which is a real plus, as they are unfortunately becoming increasingly rare.
