"My order arrived very late" was the complaint I made when I sent the email to customer service. As Murfy's law, the package arrived the next day, and while on top of that a few minutes later with the package in my hand, I received the notice "your order has been shipped." again... I told what has happened and how to pay the ones they have sent again, but I have only received the reply "Keep both of them as gifts." It has been a super nice experience. Thank you very much, Petit-Fernand.

All good only that I ordered it urgently but there was a delay, I got my money back for the fast shipping but it was a shame not to use it when I needed it and improvise.

Bought these last year and I love these labels loads of design choices, they are very good quality, do not fade and stay on clothes wash after wash. Repurchased this year and am not disappointed.

Most efficient service

The shipping was a real disaster, it took me about 1 month to receive it, I do not recommend it.

The little ones were delighted with their snack box, with its beautiful products.

I love Petit Fernand! This is the second time I buy labels for my daughter's clothes and objects. For the second order I had a problem with the shipping but they have solved it in the best way and with a first class service. I will definitely buy from them again.

Beautiful bottles, customization+++, super-fast delivery. Too bad the bottles are super fragile: after not even a week's use, the images peel off and the paint is damaged.

They are certainly the best looking and best quality labels but the order always takes longer than they say it does

After a 1st shipment that didn't arrive, for X reasons, the customer service was reactive and top notch. Second shipment arrived very quickly.

The items are good. However, the clasp on the flask is very hard for a child to close!

I placed an order on august 19. i contacted customer service again. i received no explanation or apology. ten days ago i received an e-mail informing me that the order had been dispatched. but to this day i still haven't received it. this is unacceptable. After posting this negative comment, I finally got a response from customer service. It's not just a postal problem, since it took two months from the time my order was validated to the time it was dispatched. As a reminder, it was two boxes of snacks and a book of labels that I was supposed to receive before the start of the school year on September 4!

Beautiful that you can customize everything you need for kindergarten with the same theme. Beautiful themes, carefully done in colors and images. Great fabrics and good quality printing of the figures. Adhesive labels are very good and do not come off, also very good thermo-adhesive ones that are also easy to apply and very resistant to machine washing. The water bottle made of excellent materials and with spout easy to use for drinking and with leak-proof seal.

Great to be able to order just the gourd stoppers! And I'm glad you're no longer using Chronopost for delivery!
