I've buying from this brand for so many years but this last lot I bought of stickers for clothes came really disappointing, it came out of the clothes at first wash none of the clothes has stickers anymore and yes I did follow all the instructions

I ordered the labels a month ago today and still have not received them. On the web it said that it took 48 hours to manufacture them, after 6 days they sent me an email saying that my order had been shipped but they did not arrive. I complained and they told me that they were going to send me others but they have not arrived either. The shipments are sent by ordinary mail without any tracking. On February 12, customer service contacted me and processed the return. The labels arrived on February 16.

I am very satisfied with the service! I had received labels that didn't stick well to the items, customer service promptly contacted me and sent me 10 labels for each type I had ordered, I haven't used them yet honestly, but I'm happy either way how they took care of me customer who has been buying their products for years! Stra recommend for sure!
