I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER 🙁
Very bad ...my package still has not arrived already sent email 2 times ...I have no words ...I hope someone will contact me because if not I will move accordingly

I did not receive half of an also important order after almost a month, I requested information. They responded to me ONLY after a negative review here, The response was an email asking me to confirm that I received the goods I did not receive, to my trying to get in touch we go through the service again which puts me in the queue in the emails and they did not give me the opportunity to call anyone... mah

Because I can't give it 0 they all clear at the first wash I put a new one on again and in the wash it clears again a disappointment and waste of money.

I placed the order on 08/29/2021 and as of 09/27/2021 I have not received the product, so for the moment, I am quite dissatisfied.
I ordered custom labels (very nice) on September 3, they were shipped a few days later but two weeks later they still have not been delivered to my address. Certainly the problem is with the postal service, but I cannot assign a higher rating....

I did not receive the order placed, I contacted the seller who at first seemed helpful in resolving the problem, then when I confirmed the shipping address I was asked to stop writing so as not to hinder the process. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal

Very bad...I ordered nametags and never got them, customer service asked me to wait and contact them again, but they have disappeared and are no longer responding.... already paid and never received.... NEVER AGAIN.

Disappointed with the service, the self-adhesive garment labels do not stick to the fabric and fall into the machine drum in the first wash 🙁
The labels don't fit at all, despite having followed the protocol, and the gourd is already cracked, even though it's paused on a table at the entrance to the classroom and doesn't move all day.

I placed an order about 1 month ago, still not received. Customer service is almost non-existent, they just resented me for sending too many emails (because I wasn't getting feedback). I am still waiting, obviously first and last time I place an order with petit fernand.
I ordered some labels and they have yet to arrive it's been almost a month
After 20 days of waiting I still have not received the package already paid!!! Writing to their customer service email I got no response except the first time they asked me to wait up to 10 days after that I had no response....bad!!! I was excited to buy from them because the material looks good to me but on shipping and customer service is really outrageous.
(Update: I received a second order for free after a month and a half from the first order never received unfortunately). I still have not received my order, I was told to wait until September 21. Customer service responds with an automated email that has very Inbound and that they will respond soon. Very bad experience, I don't understand why the service has deteriorated so much from two years ago.
I had given a good review just xke the labels are really nice ... but having placed a new order and again I didn't get them x the second time then I'm not in it anymore .. unreliable sorry!
What do I have to do the review if since September 2 I still haven't received the labels but you took the money right away....and to this day I was forced to buy more and spend more money... the payment I made to you refund them to me???? So much good publicity and then you don't even answer the phone they should no longer buy any items from you....you are shameful
