I placed an order and never received the goods, contacting customer service is virtually impossible. I feel mocked and scammed since I paid to receive nothing

I did not receive the order placed, I contacted the seller who at first seemed helpful in resolving the problem, then when I confirmed the shipping address I was asked to stop writing so as not to hinder the process. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal

Very bad...I ordered nametags and never got them, customer service asked me to wait and contact them again, but they have disappeared and are no longer responding.... already paid and never received.... NEVER AGAIN.

Unfortunately, I placed the order on September 6 and after 20 days I have not received anything....

Disappointed with the service, the self-adhesive garment labels do not stick to the fabric and fall into the machine drum in the first wash 🙁

The labels don't fit at all, despite having followed the protocol, and the gourd is already cracked, even though it's paused on a table at the entrance to the classroom and doesn't move all day.

I ordered them more than a month ago and they have not arrived yet.

After 14 emails back and forth and multiple messages Now not being answered, I am no closer to getting my stickers, with the company stating money is pending even though sent proof that money had left my bank account!!! Not very happy!!!

I have to give one star. I have been ordering labels since September 6 and to date still nothing!!!

Very nice etchicette, but the application process can ruin even cotton clothes (too high temperature). Too bad

I am still waiting for the order since August 30 that I ordered it.

I placed an order about 1 month ago, still not received. Customer service is almost non-existent, they just resented me for sending too many emails (because I wasn't getting feedback). I am still waiting, obviously first and last time I place an order with petit fernand.

I ordered some labels and they have yet to arrive it's been almost a month

After 20 days of waiting I still have not received the package already paid!!! Writing to their customer service email I got no response except the first time they asked me to wait up to 10 days after that I had no response....bad!!! I was excited to buy from them because the material looks good to me but on shipping and customer service is really outrageous.

(Update: I received a second order for free after a month and a half from the first order never received unfortunately). I still have not received my order, I was told to wait until September 21. Customer service responds with an automated email that has very Inbound and that they will respond soon. Very bad experience, I don't understand why the service has deteriorated so much from two years ago.

I had given a good review just xke the labels are really nice ... but having placed a new order and again I didn't get them x the second time then I'm not in it anymore .. unreliable sorry!

What do I have to do the review if since September 2 I still haven't received the labels but you took the money right away....and to this day I was forced to buy more and spend more money... the payment I made to you refund them to me???? So much good publicity and then you don't even answer the phone they should no longer buy any items from you....you are shameful

Products never arrived. Non-existent assistance, only automatically generated responses.

I placed an order a few weeks ago they sent me a text message saying I had to pay delivery charges for 1.95 euros in the end they took 25. The site is not secure and the package never arrived. Disappointed and screwed!

An order placed on 30/08 and not yet received

I have not received my order yet. I sent two emails inquiring and still no response. Very unpleasant experience, never to buy again.

It is the third year that I ask because so far everything had been correct, but this year it has taken a long time to arrive and had already started school and everything and still did not arrive and to top it off the quality this year fatal all thermoadhesives that I bought with the first wash have come off on the sides, which with the first labels I ordered after 3 years are still intact! The quality has gone down a lot I will not take more.

The package I received was missing the wooden label for the backpacks and although I pointed it out several times I could not get it ??

Good evening, I placed the order on September 5th and the product still hasn't arrived.

Well, I haven't received anything from my order and I was told a couple of weeks, school has already started and I had to put everything in marker in my daughter's books, so I'm still waiting but this year it won't work for me.

I've been waiting for 15 days and I'm afraid of not receiving anything, I spent 30 on stickers and because of the bad reviews I'm afraid I won't receive it.

I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING AFTER 3 WEEKS OF ORDER. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NOT REPLIED SINCE ONE WEEK AGO. i FEEL VERY CHEATED. i ordered on 31 august. This is unacceptable. I have no stickers for the school and i have more received money back. What is this?!?!!!!!

Hard to pell off, some of them were impossible to use. Few feel off in a first washing. Very disappointed.

Nearly month now still not received my order

The order arrived after 1 month and 5 days ... it is true they are very nice ,in my case the order was lost twice ! I think it is shameful for both France and Spain post office that an order from here to lose it twice and make this company lose money, because I got my money back and when I arrived they did not want to charge me again. Which speaks well of them but considered that the post office should take charge. Anyway, the labels are beautiful, something bittersweet because of the situation. I still haven't received it for 1 month.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this supplier at all! My delivery was paid for on 7.9 and I still haven't received the goods. And today is 25.9.
