I placed an order a few weeks ago they sent me a text message saying I had to pay delivery charges for 1.95 euros in the end they took 25. The site is not secure and the package never arrived. Disappointed and screwed!
An order placed on 30/08 and not yet received
I have not received my order yet. I sent two emails inquiring and still no response. Very unpleasant experience, never to buy again.
It is the third year that I ask because so far everything had been correct, but this year it has taken a long time to arrive and had already started school and everything and still did not arrive and to top it off the quality this year fatal all thermoadhesives that I bought with the first wash have come off on the sides, which with the first labels I ordered after 3 years are still intact! The quality has gone down a lot I will not take more.

Hard to pell off, some of them were impossible to use. Few feel off in a first washing. Very disappointed.
Nearly month now still not received my order
The order arrived after 1 month and 5 days ... it is true they are very nice ,in my case the order was lost twice ! I think it is shameful for both France and Spain post office that an order from here to lose it twice and make this company lose money, because I got my money back and when I arrived they did not want to charge me again. Which speaks well of them but considered that the post office should take charge. Anyway, the labels are beautiful, something bittersweet because of the situation. I still haven't received it for 1 month.

The stickers I bought that stick on with an iron do not last a single use. I put them on my child and they fall off the same day.
