Order placed on September 2 and paid for! Still to this day September 24 total vacuum, I also asked for a refund and nothing. A scam? Or an unserious company? Don't order that's better!

The stickers I bought that stick on with an iron do not last a single use. I put them on my child and they fall off the same day.

Labels do not catch and fall off on their own

Order placed Sept. 2 Supposed to arrive Sept. 19 MAXIMUM We are on the 24th ..NEVER ARRIVED! I have written several times to customer service...response? "Our wonderful Customer Service team is currently handling a large number of inquiries, but we assure you that we will respond as soon as possible (promise!)."

I never got it, I had to buy elsewhere.

I'm very disappointed with termo-adhesive labels. Either they burn with a setting on cotton/linen or a little less strong, or they peel off even after a 24-hour break. So I ordered the sticky labels to test them out.

I will not buy any more or recommend to anyone.

I took the order because it would arrive before September 6 and it arrived 2 weeks later, so the stickers were useless because my son had already started school and I had to put new ones.

The order took too long and the description is not correct. Once received it says that if you stick it on the clothes, it can go with the washing machine. That you have to stick it on the label and there are garments that do not have a label.
