The labels peel off after the first wash, despite being applied in accordance with the instructions. We are very disappointed with the quality of the self-adhesive clothing labels.

Order received quickly Very nice design, however very dissatisfied with the quality of the labels! After scrupulously following the instructions for my iron-on labels, it turns out that after 2 washes (at 40°), they had all come off my son's clothes... I won't be ordering from this site again.

Order shipped late, deadline not met, my daughter didn't get her things for back-to-school. In addition, as a customer for several years, I've noticed that the self-adhesive labels stick less and less and come off very quickly. I'm very disappointed.

There was a little delay on the site it is written in 48 hours and I received the labels a week later.

I find the composition of the pack totally unsuitable for the purpose: there's not even enough to label the school supplies.

The stickers are super cool and well priced. I bought first the self-adhesive stickers for clothes and then stickers for objects. I have to say that I do not have a good opinion of the self-adhesive stickers for clothes because I have ironed them and they stick well but when it comes to washing the clothes they start to peel off. And that I have followed the instructions it says. A pity because I am very happy with everything else.

The items are as described and well made. Unfortunately, the quality is not excellent and not suitable for children: bottle stoppers break, bottle enamel crumbles, toast box latch breaks, all within a few weeks. Customer service, on the other hand, is very responsive! The labels and textile prints are really top-notch!

Took 3 weeks to come but really good once they arrived

Small labels. I imagined larger, especially the text. Sticks well though. Not delivered on time, ordered on a Saturday, received Thursday.

Delivery takes a very long time. I can't review the product yet because I still haven't received it. I got a despatch email a week and half ago but still no delivery

Self-adhesive labels don't stick to all clothing labels... a pity because it's a very practical system

Half of my labels were not pre-cut and therefore unusable.

It takes a long time to receive the order, almost a month...when many other companies take at most 10 days.

It arrived yes, but after a month of placing the order. First order lost and between ordering another and sending it did not arrive when I really needed it, now they are in a drawer in case one day they are missing again .... Correct customer service

The stickers were really good but the delivery took way to long

The labels are beautiful. Too bad they don't last two days on the hook 🙁 the ones I used are the iron-on ones. I've tried to buy another type, the self-adhesive ones, I hope they are better...

I was very disappointed with the last batch I purchased (around 96 euros on stickers for my 3 children). The stickers for the clothes, the ones in which you have to use the iron, were impossible to take off the paper. Hence completely useless

The worst thing is the shipping. They take a long time and when you write to ask, they give you a date when you won't need it anymore. It has already happened to me twice, there is not going to be a third time.

I have ordered it again, and the yellow color of the label has changed, it is lighter, so you can hardly see the letters. I had already ordered this label more times and it was a stronger yellow, where the letters are well distinguishable.

Too big in my opinion

The mailman left the envelope outside the mailbox for no reason, and anyone could have stolen it. I believe you must rely on a courier.

Order placed on August 30 still not received. I have purchased before and everything went well in 5 days I already had the labels now it's almost 15 days and nothing you don't even know where they are because there is no way to track them

Long manufacturing lead time (5 days against the 2 announced)... Flockings not centered on the kits and on one received partially peeled off... Too bad because it's very pretty!

Lovely labels and great quality but there is no way of tracking them. Unfortunately they took 10 days to come - I appreciate they came from France, however, I had to buy some more from another brand which arrived in 2 days as I had no idea when the Petit-Fernand labels would arrive if they even would.

Hello, I am moderately satisfied with the labels. The iron-on ones for laundry and clothes don't stick well. They come off after washing. 🙁 I'm a bit disappointed. Virginie

I bought iron-on labels from you. I thought it was an excellent idea, but they fall off the garment after 2 washes...

The labels stick well on flat surfaces but not on pencils and felt-tip pens, which is a pity.

The labels are very difficult to remove from the little booklet, which was not the case with my first order.

I've already taken your products and find that before they were better. I put the labels on my children's pens and they come off and stick with other pens. I've never had this problem before.

I've been ordering labels every year for the last 4 years, I thought the quality was really good but this year I found them different, very difficult to peel off and once peeled off, the transparent film on the top detaches from the rest of the label, for the "Minis" labels. What's more, some of them have already peeled off, whereas before they'd lasted all year without a problem. I think there have been changes in the way the labels are made, so I'm a bit disappointed.

Impractical opening for a 3-year-old
