I'll preface this by saying that I had already purchased last year and I had no problems, in fact, also because otherwise I would never have ordered again. my order says it was delivered on 26.08 but to date I still have not received anything.. my mistake that I did not request tracking of the package, although reading the various reviews to many did not help at all....school starts this Friday but I still do not have the material.

I have always bought my little girls labels from here and can honestly say they are the best and I love the little personal touches. This time round I had an issue with shipping and Petit-Fernand fixed this issue super quick by sending me a replacement just in time for my little one starting back at school. Great customer service great products ??.

Beautiful name stickers for my granddaughter. Took a while to arrive but worth it !

I ordered stickers on August 28, never arrived. You can't track the shipment, there is no tracking number, they entrust the French postal services with what you purchased and then no one knows anything about your shipment anymore. You call customer service and they don't know what to answer unless we process a refund. And you're left without personalized first and last name labels on the eve of your child starting school. So don't buy because if you buy and they get to you it's just luck.

Great items

Great little company. Ordered my daughters iron ons and couldn't be more pleased. I have only washes them once so far @ 60°c and they are still firmly attached. The only thing I would say is a bit more diversity in the pictures you can use ie darker skinned pictures. But over all very happy and delivery was about 2 weeks, which worked for me.

Great stickers, exactly as shown. A little wide for the thin pencils, but it worked.

Quite simply, the best customizable labels on the market. The designs are adorable, and the price/quality ratio is clearly top-notch. And kudos for top-notch customer service. A small example to illustrate: I made a mistake on the phone number I put on my daughter's labels, the order was validated but I contacted customer service who made the change. Super friendly and attentive. The best part is that I called them a little too early in the morning around 7:30, and they called me back as soon as their office opened. I recommend them 100% and will continue to use the labels for my children or for adults - after all, it's very pretty for everyone?

I never received my products. I emailed Petit-Fernand about it but did not get any response. Thats dissapointing.

First time purchase from here (only bought the label stickers for clothing) they are good quality itself and doesn't come off in the wash! I would recommend highly and I will be using this service for as long as my children are at school.

Good quality come on I don't know how they behave after washing yet.

Very helpful and would definitely recommend !!! 5*service even when my delivery got lost in the post and I never received it Petit Ferdinand didn't hesitate to send out the order again which I then received and was amazed at the quick delivery and great quality !!! 100% would use again.

Great company, with fantastic customer service. When my order didn't turn up they got back to me and resent the goods very quickly. Plus the stickers are so much easier to use that iron on labels - I will definitely be ordering from them again ??

The heat adhesive labels are beautiful, the finish is great but the downside I find is that I do not end up fixing at all to the clothes and with washing and use they end up peeling off.

Because I had a small problem and they took care of me very well and it was solved soon. Because I have had all the orders I placed in a short time and as I wanted them.

I have had no success with the iron-on labels. They have come off my sons school uniforms the first time I have washed them. I followed all instructions and it was a normal wash cycle. Thank you for the reply. I have not received an email.

I hadn't received my order so after an email sent i was immediately sent a replacement order. Very satisfied with customer service Would highly recommend .

I'm very disappointed to be writing this review as a repeat customer for a number of years. I ordered numerous labels on Wed 23.08 in the late afternoon, and received an order confirmation telling me the items would be shipped within 48 hours (also indicated on the website). However, this didn't happen, and with no apology or explanation for the delay, the items were not shipped until Mon 28.08. Delivery was stated as 3-10 business days. Fast forward to 11.09 and still no parcel. Contacting customer services, I received a “it'll be there soon, have a nice day” type of response, and I'm still waiting some 3 weeks since placing the order. I'm aware delivery delays are out of their control, but I have now had to purchase labels from elsewhere for my daughter's school items as I simply cannot wait any longer. In 2023, non-trackable delivery simply doesn't cut the mustard anymore and I'll sadly be taking my business elsewhere.

Really great service. Unfortunately, our first order was not delivered by the post office. The EsistMeins! team then sent us the order again free of charge. My daughter was then able to proudly label her school supplies for first grade.

Great stickers, seem to hold very well. The delivery took slightly longer then expected and it wasn't tracked which made me a bit worried but they eventually arrived. Will purchase it again !
